Hi my name is Zach, I am a 27 year old male who is working full time as a radio technician in Pinkenba. I enjoy going to the gym and getting outdoors in my downtime, also play local afl footy on my Saturdays through the winter. Rarely ever drink during the week, just socially on weekends over lunch or dinners if time permits. I like a clean space as much as anyone should and I enjoy being social with my fellow house mates but also respect ones personal space. If you feel I would make a good house mate and fit your criteria please message me if you have a room available that you feel I can settle into. Looking to spend $250-350 a week and will have a vehicle so parking on the premises would be much appreciated. A longer lease of up to 12+ months is what im looking for if possible.
