My name is Austin Kutto. I’m a 22-year-old student at ECU studying Biomedical Science, and I also work as a support worker, so I’m barely home most days. I currently live in Clarkson but I’m really hoping to move, and I’m looking for a long-term stay if that’s alright.
I’m clean, respectful, and very easy-going. I enjoy studying, playing my PS5, and socialising, but I’m also someone who really respects other people’s privacy. I don’t make noise, I never touch things that aren’t mine, and I always keep the environment clean — I treat any home like my own.
I’m reliable with payments and always pay my bills on time. If possible, I’d like to discuss paying rent fortnightly, but I’m flexible with whatever works best.
