I’m a 27-year-old full-time professional working in Midland and on the hunt for a long-term room to rent (move-in ASAP).

A little about me:
• Work full-time and commute to Midland 5 days a week
• I’ll be starting shift work soon, so my schedule will vary between days, afternoons and nights — nothing too exciting, just part of the job
• Don’t drink much and don’t smoke or vape
• Proud cat mum to a sweet indoor kitty 🐱
• Love cooking & baking (very happy to share the end results)
• Gym-goer, beach lover & road trip enthusiast
• I enjoy my own space and downtime, but also like being around people — friendly, social, and easygoing

What I’m looking for:
• Areas: Flexible, but ideally coastal or central for the Midland commute
• Unfurnished room preferred
• Long-term stay

I also have a full house of furniture, so I’m more than happy to help furnish common areas or provide appliances if needed.
