My name is Louise. I am a responsible, respectful, and professional single female, 45 years old, seeking a preferred move-in date of 17 December.
I currently live on Whiteman Street, Southbank, and after more than five years here, I am now looking for a new home while remaining in a similar area. I am employed full-time in the travel and hospitality industry in Southbank and have a strong, stable financial history. I maintain a consistent income and have an excellent record of paying rent and bills on time.
I take great pride in keeping my home clean, tidy, and well maintained, and I enjoy a quiet, comfortable lifestyle. I am a non-smoker, have no children, and no pets—though I do love animals.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring Melbourne’s vibrant arts and sports culture. I regularly attend soccer (Melbourne City), rugby (Melbourne Storm), netball (Melbourne Vixens), AFL (Western Bulldogs), and cricket matches (Melbourne Renegades/Stars), as well as live music, festivals, and events in the Arts Precinct. I also value spending quality time with friends and family.
Living in Southbank has given me a deep appreciation for the area’s convenience and lifestyle—its proximity to the CBD, Crown Casino, the Melbourne Convention Centre, tram routes, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and its walking distance to Southern Cross Station, supermarkets, restaurants, and the South Melbourne Market.
As a tenant, I value open and respectful communication and always ensure any maintenance needs are addressed promptly. I appreciate clean, well-cared-for properties and am committed to looking after a home to a high standard over the long term.
