Looking for a Room / Share House Near Welshpool etc.

I’ve just got transferred from Kalgoorlie to Perth for work and I’m looking for a room or shared place somewhere close to Welshpool.
A bit about me:
Originally from Fiji.(Mixed Poly)
Work full-time in Welshpool.
Super chilled, clean and respectful
Don’t do drugs,not a party person but I'll have a beer or 2 if your having 1(prefer my kava though, not allergic to anything.
I can cook, clean and fix almost anything
Love the ocean,fishing,camping,working on cars, pets,anything is cool with me.PS-i am not vegetarian just so you know sorry 😂
I have a ute, so parking would be a bonus.

What I’m after+Ideal Flatmate/s
Someone chill, social, and respectful,happy to hang out now and then but also understands that everyone needs their own downtime. Ideally tidy +, and good for a chat. No drama, just a relaxed home with good vibes.
A room for myself (happy to share with others)
Access to kitchen + laundry
Anywhere around Welshpool: Bentley, Queens Park, Cannington, East Vic Park, Carlisle, Kewdale, Belmont,Forrestfield,Midland or less than 30mins drive to work etc
