Hi!

I’m Stefanny, I will arrive in Perth on the 15th of August for WHV with my 3 other friends. I’m looking for long-term rent around 3-6 months, it’d be nice if the rent price inc. bills and internet provided (not a priority).
We love a well-ventilated room with enough windows to get the sunlight. As a tenant, we value cleanliness, caring for the facility, and of course, we pay the rent on time :)
We all are sociable and quite fluent in English, so feel free to communicate with us to talk about problems/complaints or just small talk. We really appreciate the openness and honesty.
