Hello,

My name is Marc, I am 27 years old from Sligo, Ireland. I currently work two jobs, as special needs teaching assistant for ANZUK and also as the head bartender in Pipis Kiosk in Port Melbourne.

I have been renting properties since I was 19, when I started my uni degree in Digital Media Marketing, and have never had any issues with any of theses properties.

I am currently on a lease in Port Melbourne which ends on the 7th of March, and I am looking to move in to a new place before then hopefully around the same area as it helps with my commute to work.

I’m a responsible, quiet, and respectful tenant who takes good care of the property I live in. I don’t smoke and have no pets.

I have a stable income and can provide references upon request. I’m very interested in this property and would love the opportunity to discuss my application further.
