I am moving from Gold Coast to Perth next week (10/11/22) and I am looking for a bedroom in around Leederville, Northbridge as my office is located in Leederville and I would love to live close to work. I wouldn't mind to live close to the beach for short term ( I would say 1 or 2 months)
Open to starting a new flatshare getting a new lease in case someone is keen to it.

I am looking for a place to call HOME:)

About myself :
I am Brazilian, 46yo (body 46+yo, mind 30yo :p), working full time in media industry.

I have lived in Sydney for 8 years, I have been living in Darwin for an year, I am on the Gold Coast for 1.5 y and now ready to move to Perth next week _ super excited :)

I am looking for a private bedroom ( Ensuite would be awesome) or sharing the house with no more than 2 people (single will be the ideal, no couple), age between 30 to 40+yo, whose would be clean, respectful, happy people, like socialising, grab a couple of drinks now and then would be perfect :)

I am friendly, I like sports, every Monday I start a diet and every Friday I failed it :)

I would like to find a nice house to share as I want to make new friends in Perth( if you play Beach Volleyball even better :) ) and not only rent a bedroom (if it makes sense)

I am working Mon-Fri 9-5pm which makes me have quiet nights during the week.

I can move anytime ( am renting a hotel room at the moment) and I am ready to pay the bond to hold the bedroom if I like it.
