Phoebe

Hi! I’m Phoebe, 31, currently looking for a room on the Gold Coast — ideally around Palm Beach, Currumbin or Tugun. I’m hoping for my own bathroom if possible, and my budget is $300–$450 per week.
A bit about me — I’m a naturopath working for myself online full-time (so I do work from home), but I keep a really active routine. I’m usually up early for the gym or long walks, and often out during the day or at Pilates in the afternoons.
I’d say I’m very clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I really value a calm, easygoing home environment. I’m not a big partier, but I’m social, friendly and always up for the occasional margarita, watching the footy or a chat when it suits.
I love being outdoors, heading to the farmers markets on weekends, and making the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle (I moved up from Sydney last year, so it still feels new and exciting!).
I’m open to living with either women or men, and would especially suit a household where others are also working or out during the day (FIFO could be a great fit too).
I’ll be in Europe for a month in July 2026 and of course will pay rent during that time — so you’d have the place to yourself.
I don't have a car so don't need parking!
I also love dogs so would be happy if you have one!
Ideally looking for somewhere to move in on or before 13th June 2026.
