Hello, I'm looking to find my own private space. After living in a couple of share houses now I am finding it difficult to live amongst another person's mess. I am clean and respectful. Ideally I am looking for a room with private bathroom and to share with someone who is clean, respectful and happy to converse about expectations within the house hold. I am a bartender and also receive Centrelink so am able to pay rent and other bills included. I do have a car that I'd like to be able to park on the property or out the front of.
