Hey all, I’m a 39 old male non smoker non drinker. I’m looking for a room to rent preferably between Coolum - Noosa. I'm a pretty chill, honest, clean and respectful guy. i value my alone time but also happy socialising with flatmates etc. I'm currently off work due to medical issues however I have a steady income through my income insurance and can supply all the documents to support this if needed and also previous rental references to also support this. While i'm off work at the moment i'm still very active and out most days either at the gym, beach, out in nature or volunteering for a number of organisations. Party days are well behind me but happy to sit around and have a chat. Been in share houses the last couple of years and happy to provide references.
