My name is Thomas Perez, and I'm extremely interested in taking over the room in your flat. Let me explain why. I'm French and I did my academic training in France. Ever since I started university, I've had a dream of going to Australia, and I did my exchange at the University of Sydney at the beginning of last year. To be honest with you, I fell in love with the city of Sydney, so I did everything I could to be able to come back and work there.
Today my dream has come true and I've managed to get a job in a technology company in Sydney. I'm moving to Sydney for an indefinite period.
And why am I interested in your flat? Quite simply because when I arrived in Manly or Bondi, I said to myself this is where I want to live. This is where I want to wake up, where I can go surfing in the morning and take the ferry to work.
About myself, I am very organise and respectful of other private space. I have already leaved in 4 shared flats and I loved every experienced I had. I am available in the next days if you want to know more about me.
So I'm very, very interested in taking over your room. I arrive in Sydney on 18 September and start work on the 26th, which is perfect timing.
