Hi, I’m Michael, 29, working in tech as a data engineer. I’ll be relocating to Sydney in February for work, with my office based near Wynyard station, so I’m looking for a place with convenient train access into the CBD.

I’m currently focusing on areas like Pymble, Ryde, Epping, or nearby suburbs with a good commute into the city.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m easygoing and respectful of shared spaces. I go to the gym regularly, enjoy trying new restaurants, and like keeping things fairly relaxed at home during the week. I drink socially, don’t smoke, and I’m not the type to bring parties home. I keep shared areas tidy and enjoy living in a calm, friendly environment.

I’m ideally looking for a furnished room and am open to short or medium-term arrangements while I settle into Sydney.
