I’m a 22-year-old female looking for a furnished room

The details: Looking for a short-term rental while I am down in Canberra for work from March to April

Budget: ~550/week.

Occupation: I work for a tiny home company designing homes for clients across Australia.

Lifestyle: I am very quiet, routine-oriented, and tidy. Because of my background in design, I take pride in my space, and I’m great at keeping shared areas (especially the kitchen and bathroom!) sparkling clean.

My vibe: I’m an experienced share-houser who understands the balance between being social and respecting privacy. I’m always up for a chat while the kettle boils (avid tea drinker here! 🫖) or a shared house dinner once a month, but I generally keep to myself. You’ll usually find me reading a romance novel, journaling, or designing on my computer.

Preferences: I’m a non-smoker and don't use drugs. I rarely drink and prefer a "clean living" household. I love markets, healthy eating, and good energy!
