🏠 Tiny Home Designer & TAFE Student looking for a peaceful sanctuary (April–Sept) | $300pw

I’m a 22-year-old female looking for a furnished room on the Sunshine Coast for 6 months (April to September).

The details:

Budget: ~$300/week.

Occupation: I work for a tiny home company designing homes for clients across Australia. I’m currently heading back to TAFE to upskill in Building Design.

Lifestyle: I am very quiet, routine-oriented, and tidy. Because of my background in design, I take pride in my space, and I’m great at keeping shared areas (especially the kitchen and bathroom!) sparkling clean.

My vibe: I’m an experienced share-houser who understands the balance between being social and respecting privacy. I’m always up for a chat while the kettle boils (avid tea drinker here! 🫖) or a shared house dinner once a month, but I generally keep to myself. You’ll usually find me reading a romance novel, journaling, or designing on my computer.

Preferences: I’m a non-smoker and don't use drugs. I rarely drink and prefer a "clean living" household. I love markets, healthy eating, and good energy!
