Hey, I'm Lucas! I'm a non-binary person living in the Illawarra. I have ASD, ADHD and CPTSD. I receive disability support. I'm pretty easygoing and mostly keep to myself. I really value my downtime and respect other people's privacy. I'm not looking for a constant hangout buddy, but it would be nice to be on friendly terms and maybe watch some anime together every now and then. I mostly just want a peaceful, chill environment where we can let each other be.

I watch a lot of anime and absolutely love it. I also have two indoor-only cats, Chester and Psyche, who are super affectionate and will completely adore you. I keep the common areas tidy and if the place has a garden, I'd love to get out there and garden together 😁 ✨

I'm currently studying at UOW and on the DSP, so rent is guaranteed every fortnight. I’m originally from QLD but have been down in NSW for about 6 years now. I’m looking for a housemate who is open-minded, tidy, clean and friendly. You’ll need to be okay with the cats and with me using cannabis outside the house. I can be pretty sensitive to the cold, so I'd prefer a place that isn't freezing or that I can easily heat up.

Because I have a lot of furniture and appliances, I have enough to furnish pretty much a whole shared house. I'm basically looking for someone who only needs to bring a single bedroom's worth of stuff. I will also need a garage or some decent storage space for my emergency and camping gear so there may be storage space for others too if we had a garage or something.

Because of my setup, it’s really important to me that I can comfortably use my PC. Whether my desk fits in my bedroom or has to go in the loungeroom, I want to be able to exist in the common spaces and use my stuff without feeling like normal everyday noise is an issue or like I'm walking on eggshells. I am not overly loud by nature.

To make sure we're completely on the same page, I'm looking to set up a written flatmates agreement that covers mutual respect, household obligations, and bills. I will also make a chore chart divided fairly based on how many people there are and standard cleaning frequencies. I expect us to sign this before we even apply for houses together, just so we both have a clear understanding of what's expected before committing to a lease.

I'm open to team ups or moving into an established place as long as there's room for my stuff. I appreciate anyone's consideration, so don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested or know someone who might be!
