Clean, considerate, and easy to live with, I am a working student who is looking to move closer to Prahran as I got a job at a compounding pharmacy there and would like to be closer to work. I like to keep my space tidy and drama-free. I’m a non-smoker, don’t do drugs or drink, and live a pretty balanced lifestyle despite studying while also working full-time.

I’m a big animal lover and generally get along well with all kinds of people. I warm up quickly, enjoy a good chat, and come equipped with a dry sense of humor. That said, I also really value personal space and downtime, so I’m respectful of others’ boundaries and appreciate a home where everyone can relax comfortably.

I’m essentially the kind of housemate who’s friendly, reliable, and easygoing; happy to have a chat or hang out, but equally happy doing my own thing. Ideally, I’m looking for a place with a good vibe, mutual respect, and people who appreciate a clean, calm home.
