Hi,

I'm clean, polite and respectful to my housemates and our shared space. I'm quite friendly but also want a place of relative quiet, especially if I am residing there into my planned studies.

Speaking of which, I intend to study at Monash from late Feb, but will be working until then at Bevmarks in Narre Warren (Pakenham line). I have an Australian passport but have been a UK resident up until 10th Sept 2023. I grew up in Sydney until we moved to the UK in 2004.

I have previously backpacked extensively and taught English abroad for several years in Korea and Prague, and am used to getting along with a wide variety of people. Since the pandemic I have been a volunteer co-ordinator and shop assistant at a charity shop in the UK.

I'm pretty adaptable, like I said I would like a quiet environment but I'm not against having a few beers on the weekend and catching a movie, etc.

-Ideally looking for something quite quick and potentially for 2.5+years. Am able to sign and pay bond + advance rent ON THE DAY if suitable.
