Hi there!

I’m a 29 year old kiwi who moved to Perth a few years back, finally willing to try living on my own. I would prefer a detached solo granny flat, but could be open to small units/apartments also.

Currently I work an evening shift at Westrac 4/5 nights a week, 6pm - 6am so a quiet area during the day is a must . In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors as often as I can, playing guitar, and the occasional video game to zone out.
I love a good social drink or two, but also value alone time and am respectful of others time and space too.

Open to areas outside of what I have listed, but would prefer north of the river to be closer to work.
