I am looking for a room and an off street place to park my car. I currently work an 8 days on and 6 days off roster in Vic Park/City area and looking for a place to stay where I can easily access the bus or train to work. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. Just looking for a home where I can feel safe and settled. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for short term as I have a month of house sitting in Dec/Jan. But if I get along well I may like to come back and stay long term. Would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon. But if you have a long term rental that's fine. I currently don't want to be locked in, so a boarding situation is preferred.
I am a fun, cruisy, bubbly, easy going country kid from the South West. I have lived in Perth before while completing Uni at Curtin. I am clean, like to be social yet also like to have my own space to retreat to at times. I love to cook and bake and love to cook for people sp you cam expect many yummy treats! I can be a little bit goofy and like my Sci fi and fantasy (huge Firefly fan!). I am very into the environment and wildlife conservation, currently working for an environmental management company. My boyfriend is currently living in Bunbury but may consider moving up in a few months time. We are both into our photography with my main interests being wildlife photography and scenery. We both love our live music and entertainment. I have had to move to Perth for work and am cureebtly staying with family until I find the right place. I am open to any rooms available with space for a Queen and some bookshelves, and ideally looking for my own vathroom but am happy to share with one person also. Location hopefully within reasonable distance to either Bibra Lake or Caversham. I look forward to meeting my potential roomies! :)
**looking for a housemate/team up to go into a new house/apartment , due to currently having all household furniture** :) Originally from NZ , came over for the job Feb 2015. Full-time regional flight attendant so I’m home every night Can cook, clean and enjoys being social with a wine; equal to binge watching Netflix. ***Looking for someone to move into a house/apartment (you don’t have to go on the lease if you don’t want but would prefer a minimum 6month housemate). I have all brand new furniture including a washing machine, so you would only require you own bedroom furniture. Flexible on location , prefer to be within 20mins from the airport :) Flick me a message/text if you would like to chat Jess ❤️
Hi, I am a communications graduate working full-time in admin at the moment. I am basically addicted to coffee and red wine and prefer to keep my school nights quiet. I am looking for a place that isn't yet established as I come with a cat (Meeko) and basically all the furniture you might need (except a TV at this stage). Please shoot me a message if you're interested or have any questions.
We're a super friendly and easy going couple looking for a place to stay in Perth as we relocate from Tokyo. I (Bradly) am an American moving to Perth on a Working Holiday visa and my wife is a Perth native who has been living with me in Tokyo for the past year and a half. We are clean, respectful, and appreciate a good meme every now and then! Imelda is a really great artist and can be seen drawing and painting beautiful babes. I like to write and sometimes create music. We both like video games a lot. And as a proud owner of a Nintendo Switch, I am obviously looking for people to share in a party game. We have Jackbox!!! And Mario Kart!! And soon Super Mario Party and Smash Ultimate. Always keen for a nice goof. Looking forward to hearing from chill LGBT friendly people who can appreciate an oddball artsy ironic nerd couple. Thanks for reading!
I am a good easy going mum with one children, and we're both are used to live with clean and tidy, so we hope the same things when share with good, kind and clean and secure person as well. We're quite, but we're also love to listen to the music/tv. We dont do party at home as I am living with my children. So looking forward to meet and share the house with you who share the same value as me and my children. Walk in close to bus stop or train station its my main search. Thank you :-)
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
I enjoy being outdoors, bush walks, yoga, music, reading and relaxing with netflicks now and again. I work full time at Midland hospital. I would like to be friendly with room mate/s and and also my own space and privacy. Preference would be to share with one other female and own bathroom, but not fixed on these 😊 Thank you, Jacinta!
Hey there, I'm a 17 year old guy from Perth, Western Australia. I really enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing games and am up to try pretty much anything. I'm a laid back kinda guy and I'm not too fussed about much. I usually keep to myself and am kinda quiet around people I don't really know. I follow rules given to me and try to stay on people's good sides.
Hi! I'm interested in the arts and have two degrees. I like to watch movies and read books. I'm quiet but friendly and reliable - always pay my rent on time via direct debit. I love animals so that's not a problem. Likewise with children. I'm looking for a house that's close to a train station (within walking distance). I would love a TV connection in my room but that's not essential and a room with built in robes would be great.
Hello I am a 25 year old Irish guy saving up to live the Australian life It seems as though Perth is the most economical place to base myself for my working holiday visa I do want to work in a good location and earn money to travel to other places, like Sydney and after my visa to go travel to other countries I am a sporty guy, my passion right now is running marathons and I plan too do the Perth or Sydney marathon there
Hey you! A little bit about me: Just your average not so average 21yr old man. Work fulltime, currently completing a plumbing and gas fitting apprenticeship. I'd consider myself to be quite a mature and old school person. Don't mind a bit of hard yakka, pretty handy around the house and love fixing things. I've been renting for a few years now (know how to clean up after myself and live with others in a respectful manner) A little bit of an introvert, have two dogs, a medium sized bullmastif x and a small French bulldog. My boys Carlos and Pablo are extremely friendly, well trained with a lovely nature (they love meeting new doggos/humans). They are predominantly outside dogs, however I do allow them to sleep on their beds in my room (helps me sleep as some nights I struggle falling asleep) or in the colder months. I would describe myself to be very empathetic and respectful and I try to avoid judging others as much as possible, not really a 'social butterfly' until I warm up to new people. I am very flexible with others and what they need, I tend to keep to myself and respect people's privacy and their downtime but also can be sociable and don't mind things like a weekly dinner cooked together if you like company. My hobbies include procrasinating on social media, my job, reading, the beach, health and fitness, camping, fishing, 4wd, cars and exercising. Anything adventurous and spontaneous really. Looking for either of the following; 1. Someone interested in teaming up to rent a property together 2. a small house or granny flat for myself 3. A room to rent The boring stuff.. PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS **I am open to suburbs I have not listed as driving to work is not an issue for me** MUST have a backyard. (Happy to pay any pet bond) Would be nice if it has some form of security for my car, garage or carport preferably with drive through access to the rear and also a shed would be nice as I have lots of tools ect. (I don't ask for much, do I? 😂) Preferably no really old run down propertys or small kitchen areas as I do enjoy cooking and usually do a big meal prep on weekends. Definitely not looking for a crazy party house! I don't mind if music and gatherings are your thing as long as neighbours are respected.. (no loud music all night) FIFO friendly! Preferably a long term lease. I would like to meet the potential house mate and get to know you a little bit more so we are both comfortable with each other prior to making any commitments. Must be a dog person! (WHO DOESN'T LIKE DOGS??) If you also have a fur baby and have any queries please message me to discuss. Preferably looking for someone into health and fitness with plenty of positive energy, a female (must be working or studying fulltime) as females are generally cleaner and more intelligent. Communication is key! I have all the essential items (except large furniture) for a household and I'm more than happy to share. Im hoping to find somewhere in the next few weeks. I did try to make this read somewhat entertaining as looking for a home can be quite tiring and If you have made it through this far I commend you lol I look forward to hearing from you soon Regards, Matt :)
Hello, we are two HongKong Couple two is working holiday two is student in aus. we are very friendly we hope can find two double room or we can rent the whole properties for . but the first thing is must be including furnished If you have any information ,please let me know Thanks
I'm super easy going and friendly, a hard worker, reliable and responsible. I love to meet new people and make friends but am very independent so I know how to respect people's space. A very creative creature, music, performing and writing music is my life! Moving up to Perth to be closer to the music scene to perform with my band. I work in Retail Part-Time and thinking of getting back into study. I'll keep my space clean and I always clean up after myself.
Hi guys! My name is Jaide, I am 24 years old and I work as a beverage attendant at a hotel in Perth city while studying Remedial Massage Therapy full time. I am focused on my work and studies; however outside of these commitments, my hobbies include cooking, volleyball, yoga, running/agility with my Lucy and gardening. I like to keep active and healthy, and quality conversation is a must. I'm also a fan of skill- exchange. I like to live clean and tidy, with little clutter. Close to public transport is a must. Close to Perth CBD is an absolute winner. I need dog friendly housemates and a good yard. My dog, Lucy, is my companion and it's an absolute given that she will be coming with me where ever I move. As a german shorthaired pointer x staff x curly retriever, she does shed a bit in the summer, but not heavily- I have a great vacuum. She is very well house trained, socialised and is full of love, flops and has many tricks she loves to show off in exchange for things she wants. (She has a full grasp of currency and exchange, don't be fooled by her cuteness.) She's an indoor dog, has her own winter wardrobe and generally functions as a polite member of the household. She's quiet, only really vocalises during general conversations and when it's dinner/bedtime- never joins in on the neighborhood 'twilight bark', and only ever rumbles her grumbles when there's an unwelcome intruder or she perceives genuine danger. Not a digger, just a bit of a kisser. She's an absolute delight and will improve your life. Sincerely, Jaide and Lucy Xx
Hi potential housemates :) I'm looking for somewhere to call home for the next year while I save to travel. My outlook on life is to be optimistic and open to new ideas, kind to all and respectful of myself, others and the world. I work full time during the week and on the weekends try to get outdoors as much as possible. I train most evenings and would love a place to live where I can listen to chill tunes as I'm cooking dinner and getting ready for work in the morning (without waking anyone up). Having lived out of home for many years I'm pretty proficient in cleaning toilets and bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning fridges, stoves, microwaves and dishes - however, I also value fairness and equality and will not be taken advantage of, nor take advantage of others. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi there, I am currently studying to be a personal trainer and work part time as a fitness instructor. I am friendly, clean and am happy too give you your space too. I am happy to be involved in parties, quiz nights and whatever sporting activity. Just not interested in a noisy house as I usually wake up early in the mornings to teach.
Hi there! My name is Emma, I'm currently living in Mandurah and I'm looking at taking the Stage Management course at WAAPA. The course is really intense and requires me to be living nearby in order to get to class on time. I love hanging out with friends and having a good laugh, as well as seeing movies and going out to the footy. I'm friendly, humorous and easy-going, and I love animals. I also love to cook delicious meals and keep the house tidy! Because of the intensity of the course, I would be out of the house at 8am and wouldn't be back until 6pm, 11 on some days.
Hi I’m a full time student at Murdoch, part time work, I rap, sing play guitar and keys and produce my own music. Really laid back super busy social person that likes to be on the go. Also have a lovely super affectionate rag doll cat who doesn’t know how to meow properly 😂 looking for housemates that can be mates 😆
I've just moved back to Perth this year so I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably that can fit a queen sized bed. I'm extremely clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and very respectful of other people. I do have a social life (I think) so I won't be hanging around the house too much during weekends :) Currently I am working as a chemical technician. My budget is ~150/wk with bills preferably included. Disclaimer: I sometimes smoke outside when I have a drink.
