Hi, I'm Emma :) I'm looking for a friendly share house with an unfurnished room available in the Bayswater/bassendean area preferably female only or maybe a couple. I currently work full time in an accounts role in West Perth, so being close to the train line makes it much easier for the commute to work (I do have a car but prefer the train as parking in the city is quite expensive). I'm a pretty laid back easygoing kind of person. Enjoy having a chat and getting out and about but i also just like my down time too. I'm usually pretty busy during the week and on weekends I like to keep active, catch up with friends or just chill at home. I would like to find a place that feels a home and get to know my housemate/s and hang out from time to time but also respect other people's need for space too. I am a conciderate person and like to keeps clean and tidy. I like music, books, food, cooking, beach and the gym. I also really like cats (and all animals in general) so if you have one that would be cool too :)
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Preference is to live with one other person.
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
I'm and easy going, clean, and independent individual. I tend to keep to myself, and am neither a noisy or eccentric person. I work part-time in hospitality. I'm currently studying full-time at Murdoch University, and need a place that is no more than 1 hour from Murdoch via public transport. THE ABOVE SUBURBS ARE ONLY A GUIDELINE, I'M OPEN TO OTHER SUBURBS. I would also prefer a place that is reasonably furnished and includes amenities (water, gas, electricity, wifi) in the weekly rent. I have a short-haired cat who is 13 years old; she is very well-mannered and very friendly. She's desexed, microchipped and fully vaccinated. Currently, she is an outside cat but can be indoor if preferred by property owners. I am willing to discuss a pet bond if required. I am not needing to move from my current residence ASAP, but am researching possible places to stay in the near future. Please don't hesitate to contact me with anything you think may suit me, or any questions you may have.

Hi, I'm Zach, I'm 24 years old and I work as a Pizza Driver and Casually as a Sales Assistant at a pool supply retailer. Wednesday the only current days I work in daylight hour else wise I'm driving Pizza's in the evening. I'm something a gamer and like to spend to chill with a controller in hand. I'm not much for getting out and socialising but will get along well with most anybody.
I'm a really easy going, friendly gal, who loves a good chat but also enjoys my alone time. I'm normally quite busy, working as a carer and later this year going into study. I love to go out and see my friends, whether that be for a drive, drink, adventuring etc. I am a tidy person and more than understanding that each household has its rules. After a long day or just having time to relax, I like to watch movies or read 😊
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my 4-legged companion, Rove. About me: I'm 23 years old and have not long gotten back from 18 months of travelling. I love sport, music and anything outdoors. Even if it's just taking the dog to the beach or having a few drinks and a bit, I'm always up for it. I bring with me bad jokes and quality banter. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy two year old Kelpie X. Of course being a Kelpie, he is very excited and has lots of energy but usually knows when to settle down. We spend lots of time at the beach or out walking so he's well behaved at home. He is happy enough spending his time outside and gets along with other dogs and cats. He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend! He has a surprisingly good mark of the footy. I am looking for a new home, not just a room in a house :)
I'm quiet and respectful, but also bubbly and fun. I enjoy reading, music, photography, movies, cooking, among many other things. I'm tidy, and very easy going. I work in retail, and i've recently just moved from NZ. Not totally certain on my exact move date, but I am expectant on the middle of June.
Working professional in Subiaco. Curtin uni student. Peaceful//quiet. Unabashed introvert, with a dash of sarcastic extroversion. Easy going. Non-smoker. Book worm. Triple J fiend. Nap taker. Fitness dabbler. Food eater. Early riser. Early nighter. Doggo fan. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No party houses. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOU Also a working professional. Student would be cool – but no bigs if not. Also peaceful//quiet. Either extro/intro-version. Open and warm. Also a food eater. Mild clean freak. Cool as a cucumber. No parties. Would like to share their home with me. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Secure parking would be ideal but not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. I have all bedroom furnishings so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people :) Rent would be between $140, up to $155 inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings – NOR would be preferred - absolute brownie points if you're near the beach! Also interested in teaming up with someone as well - flick me a message and we can T up a coffee to suss each other out! Feel free to stalk me on Facebook too, to make sure I have all two eyes, ears, a nose and mouth – but totally non-discriminant against anyone who does not possess those things.
29 year old professional lady relocating from Brisbane for work. Have been working in fitness industry management for 7 years. I Lead a fit, scheduled lifestyle. I don't smoke, drink or do drugs. I'm no party animal, but I do enjoy a good convo. I will only consider a room with ensuite or own bath room. Thanks :)
Hi all, I'm looking for a room in a modern house/apartment with easy going people who enjoy themselves but don't have a party house! I work 9-5 and then most weekends in hospitality so I'll be out a lot and when I have time off I generally re-charge for the week ahead by catching up with some friends, taking it easy at home or riding around on my Harley. (Sorry it's a bit noisy and may wake you up if you're a light sleeper!) I need a well equipped place to live as I like my AC, technology and all round well kitted out place to live. If you want any more info drop me a text or message me on this and I'll tell you more. Ps due to unforeseen circumstances I'd like to move in ASAP so anywhere immediately available would be great!
I currently live in Bunbury and im looking at moving to Perth in the very near future. I am looking for a job up there currently and wont move until i have a solid job. I enjoy sitting around with a bit of banter having a drink or two. You don't need to worry about mess also because i clean up after myself :)
Hi I work full time in real estate in Subiaco. I have been working in property management and leasing for 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
Hi, my name is Stefan, 27yo male, works full time as a webshop manager for Cash Converters (I sell stuff online). Firstly I'd like to make clear I'm only interested in Team Ups; I have a house full of furniture, am looking to move, and would like to start my own share house with someone else, preferably just one other person. My idea is that I could find someone cool, meet up and get to know each other and then we could both search for a new place. i've only been in Perth for 18 months, I moved up from Bunbury for work (lived in the South West most of my life - I'm a country boy) I'm educated (have a Bachelor of Arts degree, worked previously in media), intelligent, introverted, quiet, deep, but love social interaction and connecting with people on a deeper level (If anyone is familiar with Meyers-Briggs' personality, I'm an INTJ [the architect ]). I work Monday to Friday during business hours, am highly clean, bordering on OCD, I cook my own meals, have a cooked breakfast every morning (willing to share) I work out at the gym regularly and always pay rent/utilities on time or often much earlier. I am looking for a someone whom I can not only be your housemate, but also your friend. My current housemate has become my friend and I developed a close friendship pretty quickly, hanging out, sharing about life, relationships, etc, so I wouldn't mind finding others like that. In my spare time I like working out, visiting family/friends, watching movies/TV shows, cooking, journaling, browsing online, and going to occasional events (don't hit town too often, but open to it). I am very open, honest and can come off as blunt and a bit full-on when you first meet me, but I'm a decent guy who's got his head screwed on. I also have a 4-year old ginger cat named Zoe. My current lease expires on May 25, so just seeing what's out there.
Hi, I'm just moving to Perth for a job. I'm new to Australia so entering the unknown! I like to socualise and an occasional drinker. However I do long shifts and mainly 24 hour shifts. I'm an easy going and tidy person who can generally get along with everyone. Thanks
