Hi, I’m Grant 👋🏼

I’m 30, easy-going, tidy and respectful. I work full time in landscaping and I’m looking for somewhere to call home around the Belmont, Maylands, Guildford, Bassendean area.

I’m pretty active and spend a lot of my time out and about. I work Monday Friday, and after work you’ll usually find me at the gym or practising golf.

Weekends are much the same! Gym, golf, catching up with my two boys and generally keeping busy. I rarely go out partying, but I do enjoy the occasional dinner or drinks with friends.

I’m social and happy to have a chat or a drink with housemates, but I also really value having my own space and respect other people’s privacy. I’m looking for a clean, relaxed home with easy going people where everyone feels comfortable.
