$420/week•38 year old male
Irish, 38, living in the U.K. since 2004 (university, then work). I moved to Perth this August to work as a doctor and stay one step ahead of coronavirus. :) My interests include current affairs (you're more likely to find me reading an issue of the Economist than a medical journal!), travel (70+ countries so far; I was planning to get to 100 by the age of 40 but, well, COVID!) and exercise (this one waxes and wanes)! I'm usually a social guy but I've got medical exams coming up so I'm looking for a place that is of a reasonable enough size to give me a decent amount of personal space and fosters a serene environment for study purposes!

I work full time in Scarborough as a property manager which I’ve been doing about 4 years. I’m currently building a home in Brabham which is due to be finished in 12 months from July 2020. I love animals. I am looking for somewhere close by to work. I would prefer to get my own bedroom furniture.

Hey guys, I’m looking for a room to rent in a pet friendly home for myself and my beautiful Border Collie, Benny. I’m 23 years old and work full time hours as an Occupational Therapist. I spend my free time at the gym, taking Benny on adventures and hanging out with my friends and family. I’m also love cooking! Benny is super placid, very well trained and enjoys his daily walks. Hi folk, 34 yo easy going male professional. Have been living in Australia for about a year. Looking for someone to team up with and rent a place or move to an established shared house for 3 months or more. (moving time about late Aug to early Sep). Flexi about the location, but somewhere with easy access to the city. I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of other people's personal space. Into health, fitness, and spirituality. Not a bad cook and also vegan but can live happily with omnivores :-) Hit the gym almost every day and enjoy being outdoors socialising with new friends. I don't have a pet myself but would like it if you have one or two! I just got out of work, so currently getting ready for my next move, but no issue with money at all, and I will be paying all are needed to be paid for on time. I am taking a couple of courses in the meanwhile, and the rest of the time studying at the library or being at the gym working out, so won't be home that much, but definitely enjoy socialising with my flatmate(s) and like to consider them as friends and not just strangers... I think life will be much easier this way :-) If you think we might be a good match or have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a message. :-)

Seeking parking spot for tiny home (rent negotiable) Hi and thanks for reading my ad. I'm a solo minimalist living with her dog in an off-grid caravan. I'm seeking somewhere safe and suitable to park up, preferably NOR and within 30 mins driving distance to the city. I'm willing to wait for the right spot, with the view of staying on long term. Willing to pay a bond and sign a tenancy agreement for your peace of mind. WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT -rent negotiable -put that unused empty space to good use and make a passive income off it! -built-in minder to keep an eye on your property and feed your pets if you go away -if you're a dog lover you can borrow mine for snuggles any time -satisfaction of helping someone achieve a low impact lifestyle, and providing a young solo female with a safe home base ABOUT US My dog's a small adult mixed breed. He lives inside but enjoys his sunbaking and daily walks, and is a huge lap dog. He loves people and isn't super active. He's gotten along with dogs, birds, cats and chooks before. I value privacy, and while I do like to socialise during the day (only ever 1 or 2 friends over at a time), I'm not a night owl, nor do I party/smoke/take drugs. I spend ~2 weeks a month away from home, as my work's interstate (and will return to this roster post pandemic), so my dog and I would only be home 50-65% of the time. I am reliable with paying the rent. PARKING REQUIREMENTS -I do not need access to the inside of the house, nor do I need parking for a car too (just the van) -I'd prefer a backyard with side or laneway access, to feel more secure/discreet -van is 9 metres long all up -pedestrian access so I can come and go from my van without entering the house or bothering its residents -prefer a fenced area my dog can play in (doesn't have to be big) but this isn't a must POWER, WATER, WASTE NEEDS -a sunny spot for my rooftop solar is be a bonus -a tap or garden hose to fill my water tank occasionally -my grey water's safe for on the garden or can go down a drain -access to your red bins for my household waste -I have my own internet -being self sufficient, it has no hoses/cords/satellites coming off it, so it doesn't look lived in or become an eyesore for neighbours Thank you for taking the time to read and I hope to hear from you soon! If you have a space available, a photo or description + the area it's in would help me know if it's suitable.
