Hi there,

I'm an easy going, male PhD student looking for a place near/along the bus line of UWA starting from mid/late February . I'm almost 27 now. I have a scholarship to cover my tuition and living expense, so I can pay the rent regularly. I usually work from 9 to 5 (when I don't have a deadline) and I mostly cook at home.

My hobbies are reading and playing video games. So most of the time, I'll be quiet in front of my computers. But that doesn't mean I enjoy living with complete strangers. I do hope to know my roommates a bit and have a chat from time to time. If we end up being friends and have a lot to talk about, that's even better. I play harmonica sometimes so I hope you don't mind that. Of course, I won't play till very late.

As for the room, I prefer ones with the necessary furniture like washing machine and fridge. For tables and chairs, I can buy myself. It's another plus if it's not too cold in winter. Air-con is not a must, I've lived through 30+degree summers with just fans in my whole childhood.
