Hi there! My building is being turned into a hotel, so I'm being evicted. I am looking for a room in/near the Brisbane CBD. I would prefer a private room, but am open to sharing. I am physically disabled and need a place with no stairs, and would prefer a place with or near a pool so I can do my physiotherapy exercises.

I am looking to move around early September. I have selected 6 months, and that is currently to start off with, if I mesh well with my new roommates and all goes well, I am very open to possible extensions.

I am generally a quiet person and keep to myself, but love to talk and hang out if my roommates are open to it. I do film and rehearse for my acting work, but try to keep it for when the place is empty and will not be distracting or a bother for anyone.

I am unable to pay bond straight away, but would be open to paying extra rent weekly to amount to a bond.
