I'm looking for a room to rent short/ long term by the 9th Feb.

The house where I am currently staying is about to have the bathroom renovated and I'm not too keen on showering with a hose outside 😂

$240-$310 a week

I work full time in a dental clinic - Monday to Friday, typically from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, though some days I may finish at 7 PM and sometimes i work on the weekends.

If I'm not at work I'm usually hanging out with friends or at the gym.

I’m a clean and tidy person who takes pride in keeping shared spaces nice. I’m friendly and social but also very respectful of personal space and quiet time. I’m easy to live with, communicate well, and I’m a big animal lover so if there are pets in the house, that’s a huge plus for me.
