Looking for a place in out east near Wynnum and Manly area

I'm a 28-year-old teacher who will be moving to Brisbane in 2024. I enjoy boxing, socializing and hiking in my free time - I have a whole bunch of hobbies and not enough time to pursue them all. I don't smoke, own any pets, or have kids. My house vibes are all about balance - I prefer a chill and relaxed atmosphere, but also enjoy socializing with friends. I'm "house-trained" having lived with others for my whole life. I'm not too fussy and pretty easy to live with but would prefer to share a house with people that have experience living with others and don't mind socialising on weekends.
