I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke and I’m not a party person, and I always keep shared spaces neat and quiet.

I’m currently looking for work and I have sufficient savings to cover rent and bond.
My move-in date is from 19 March. I’m looking for a place for around 1–3 months to start with, and I can extend up to 9 months if it’s a good fit.

I’m flexible with location as long as it’s within my budget.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, going to cafés, and exploring the city.

I’d love to come for an inspection if the room is available.
