My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney which is very varied and keeps me busy. I have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van and seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company in Fairfield. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short films for film festivals in-between his editing job so he's pretty busy. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. No problem living with people who smoke and drink as long as there is no smoking in the house. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's a very rough number! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason; but I think we will need a minimum of 4 months to save if not a whole lot longer! Our ideal place must be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome. We are clean and tidy but not obsessive over it so are looking for flatmates who are the same. Our earliest move in date would be just before NYE. Or any time after that we can be flexible.

Looking for somewhere to live next year while studying at usyd. Currently living in student accommodation, but looking for something a bit cheaper. I am very easy going and am relatively new to Sydney, so keen to meet new people! I am originally from a small coastal town in Northern NSW, and enjoy the beach, arts, music, and traveling. I am always up for a good night out, but am respectful of other people's space, and prefer quiet nights in during the week. Feel free to message me if you have a spare room or are interested in finding somewhere with me!
Hi, guys ! I'm going to study in Sydney next semester and I'd like to find a home with cool roomates. A little bit about me : I am a 21 yr old french girl, friendly, fun, adventurous and love talking. When im studying i like having my privacy (as I am in Sydney for my studies, I will need to concentrate ) i will always respect other's privacy. I'm looking for people who know how to have fun but don't party all the time, people who are respectfull and clean. If you have a room/bed for me, let me know :)
Chill conversations + wine after a long day. Add a little bit of music and it'll be perfect! I'll be in Sydney for a while (2 years actually) as I'm going to read at the University of Sydney (so somewhere within 15 mins walking distance would be great!) Super clean and tidy and a tad sociable but highly laid-back (not looking for a party house, really). I respect personal space as I love mine too (don't we all?). I do smoke and if you don't take the smoke well, I'll be more than happy to find somewhere outside to go about my business. And I would actually prefer to have a room in a shared house! Will probably arrive in town mid February before school commences in March 2017. Feel free to drop me a message! Cheers!
Howdy. Kate and I are coming to Sydney for work on the 19th of December. We both work in the theatre industry and are in Sydney for around three months. We will be working a lot but when we aren't we like to relax and create or go on small adventures. We always keep our spaces tidy and are easy going people.
Clean tidy, used the living in close quarters, I'm very patient, very hand can fix pretty much anything. Very friendly and get on with anyone.
I'm a very clean person, I love cooking, easy going and down to earth, I like to have a chat and hang out with people but I also like to have time to my self. If you want to know more please feel free to message me.

I work full-time at Toby's Estate in Chippendale as a Barista. Very chilled and easy going. Love to visit cafes for breakfast and coffee on my days off. Needed a place to stay that's closer to work because my licence has been suspended for 3 months :(
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers! Kathy and Andy

Hello guys, I am a friendly and smile guy who try to enjoy the Sydney life style. I like make new friends and have a chatting but also respecting the privacy from the flatmates. I am looking for a single bedroom where I can share a house with nice people. It's more important than the bedroom, flat/house, etc. Most of my best friends I had the opportunity to share a house for a while. I am also clean and tidy. Cheers!
I'm a really easy going, clean, considerate, and friendly Canadian just moved to Sydney at the end of August. I work full time at the ministry of health, DJ, love to cook and share food. I would like to live somewhere that feels like home and enjoy hanging out but also respect privacy and space. My partner lives in Bathurst and would be visiting some weekends.
I love to be clean. (messily clean) And I love to cook (Cooking is one way for me to think too) I would say that I enjoy life and have a set of healthy philosophy to guide me. I love to travel and love to read ( I am reacently reading David Brooks' "The Road to Character") I appreciate art ( I was an art student in high school). Coffee shops and museums are two of my favorite places. I also go to gym - training with a rowing machine. I like hiking too. I appreciate being alone and I enjoy group activities. I am going to study a master program of peace and conflict studies at the University of Sydney this month. I am looking forward to find more about Sydney.
Hi guys, currently staying in Newtown but the time has come where I need to move onto something else. I'm a working professional down at CBD, not around much due to my working hours. Not big on house parties but like to be socialable. Would say I'm down to earth and really easy to get on with. Just shout if you would like to know more.
I work in corporate finance, so during the week I can be very busy and have late nights. During the weekend I like to hang out with my friends and have a few beers. I'm a very clean housemate and understand that sometimes you might just want your own space, but I'm also fairly social. I'm looking for a place that's social and friendly, as I want to live somewhere where I'm friends with my housemates, not just a bunch of random people who all live together and don't talk.
Enjoy my own space and privacy and respect that of others Clean tidy and working full time so won't be around all the time Desperately seeking own room to move in asap
Hi everyone! I am Spanish lawyer who will be working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Sydney. I am outgoing and I like to chat/socialise but I am also easygoing and know when to respect others personal time and space. I am also very active and visit the gym almost everyday after work so you would rarely see me at home. As a Spaniard, originally from Madrid, I enjoy football (I am a supporter of Real Madrid) and surf (even though I am a beginner). I also love travelling around and have visited more than 60 countries. You can count on me to keep the place clear, tidy and peaceful, even though I enjoy hanging out and would join any plan you propose! Looking forward to make new friends! Alvaro
Hi, I'm Supriya. I'm a civil engineer in my twenties, working full time in the city in the financial services. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others. On weekends I spend time catching up with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. I'm looking for easy going, sociable and considerate people who take pride in their home and keep it clean and tidy.
By day, I'm a full time engineer in the medical device industry. By night, I'm an amateur cook, or a budding film critic, or a midfielder for an underdog soccer team. I have a pretty Zen mentality and prefer to live and let live, but I wouldn't decsribe myself as spiritual. I like to travel when I get the chance and I've seen a bit of NSW already, even though I've only lived here less than a year. I'd prefer to live in the inner west, because it feels a lot like Melbourne and has a lot of the conveniences I enjoy. The only downside is that I work in the northwest so I prefer to be close to a train station. I'm not in a big rush to move into a place, so I'd rather get to know a housemate before deciding to move in. If you like burgers or coffee or Turkish breakfasts I think this could work. Hit me up, homies!

Hi everyone, I am a fresh graduate Interior Designer from Indonesia who just moved to Sydney in early November. I am now holding a working holiday visa, working part-time jobs and will be doing baking course starting next year. I like to cook but I only manage to do easy cooking for breakfast in the morning. I am also a very clean and tidy person so I'll always manage the unit to be clean. For now, I am looking for a housemate to share a flat for about 2-3 months. I will be ready to move in early December, the date is flexible as I am living in my Aunt's house now so I'll manage to move in the right time with the right housemate. I'm Katie. I'm 28 and eleven twelfths. Born in Queensland but grew up in Ireland and moved back to Sydney two years ago. The Inner West is where I am most at home, largely because it is also home to my sister, sister-in-law, baby nephew and their dog (my BFF) Parker. My THINGS are art, design, books, movies, music, markets, parks, coffee, etc etc. At home I do a lot of reading, listening to podcasts and making things. I spend a lot of time out, going for coffee, to the park, beach, markets, walking. Ideally I'm looking for a house of independent but mutually supportive people who get on well and are keen to keep a healthy friendly atmosphere. I'm open to sharing space, things, time, ideas, utensils, friends, skills, PUPPIES, chores etc.
I'm a 29-year old female professional. I live an active lifestyle, love sport and to be healthy, but I don't mind heading out for a drink! I like where I live to be a sanctuary for me to recharge, so do enjoy my own space. In saying that, I'm very friendly and love chilling out as well. Well balanced maybe?! Ideally looking to live with 1 other, similar age to myself :)

I'm looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay for a couple of months just until March. This is because my sister is coming to Oz and it would be cool if we could live together. I'm easy going and out the house quite a bit but would still enjoy to have some sociable housemates. Ideally I'm looking for a place in Newtown, Bondi or Glebe. I work full time as a barista in a juice bar. Ideally your place might have another room coming up in March or be flexible with allowing my sister to share the room with me for a little bit and we could pay a two person rate. I know this will be hard to find though but it's worth asking. Feel free to message me if you think I could fit in at your place, hopefully we would be a similarish age (I'm 24) but apart from that I'm open to living with anyone.
