Hey ! I am a 25 French girl doing a four months internship in a law firm in Sydney. I am friendly, easy going, clean and respectful (yes I am the perfect housemates ;) ) I love running, travelling and drinking wine with my friends. I am looking for a private or share room with nice and funny housemates. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have a room available or if you need more informations :) Marine
I have shared apartment since I was 16 years old. Today, at the age of 29, I can say that over the years I have been acquiring incredible experiences for allowing me to share my space and life with other people. Today I' m a much better person, with has an open mind, patient and tolerant of differences. I'm very easy going.
Hi I'm Megan. I'm currently living in Waterloo, but my housemate is moving to Perth soon and I don't own much useful house stuff so I want to move into a new house share. I'm a New Zealander who moved to Sydney last year after 8 years in London and I work in marketing for a restaurant group. I like exploring the city, I'm respectful and clean and tidy. I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished double room in a friendly flat, somewhere centralish that has hopefully got space for my bike too. Thanks
Looking for an unfurnished room in a share house. Communication and change management professional. Loves a good laugh, banter, glass of wine and balcony chills. Enjoys walking, cycling, cooking and gym time.
Hey i'm Ash I'm a 30 year old guy (male Ashley), moving back to Sydney for a new job in town starting Monday. I'm coming back to Sydney after being in Newcastle for around 6 years. Really hoping to get in a nice pace in the Inner West. I like places that are a little worn in,quirky, run down even as I find them a bit more homely so generally apartments seem to be out. Really like having a nice garden I can eat in. My work is Architectural work which is 9-5 and have a bit of my own stuff I'll trying to get through for the first bit. Other than that i'm single, I eat well, and do lots of odd things around the place, hopefully get to the beach a bit, want to ride to work, seeing friends and family. I'm hoping to move now!!!!!! Thanks. Ash.
Hi my name is Lily. My boyfriend Andrew and I are looking for a room in Sydney. I have been living in Canada but am originally from country NSW and I have just moved back to Australia. Andrew is originally from Chicago and is moving to Sydney in early September. He is an engineer and I am a travel agent/photographer so we are both pretty busy (but happy to do home odd jobs or photo shoots as required!). We like to be social but are not big partiers and generally like to spend our time at home relaxing. We are easy to live with as a couple - not excessive with the PDAs and no screaming matches in the pantry.
Hey people, We're Audrey and Hayden, a young international couple from New Zealand and Canada who currently live in Long Jetty. However, we're looking at relocating to Sydney as the commute from the Central Coast to Sydney is no longer viable or practical. Hayden works full time in the community as an Occupational Therapist and at home occasionally and Audrey works part time and is currently studying at Tafe in the city. We're extremely easy going and a breeze to get a long with. Clean, considerate, and respectful of peoples belongings, personal space, boundaries, and beliefs. We dont hold any particular biases, and feel we would fit into any flat situation. We're not your average couple who need to be joined at the hip, hide away in their bedrooms, or who are frequently upset or in arguments. We're super friendly, open minded, fun, and love to socialise with everybody (incl beers/wine/good yarns), honestly, we're just looking for a place to call home and to meet great people who we can talk and joke with, go have a drink or stay at home and have a drink. We love cooking (and sharing it), into arts, going out, sports, reading, movies, and chilling. Would love to hear from you all, Cheers.
Hi, I am a very tidy and easy going housemate. I work 8 to 6 Monday to Friday. When I'm not working I'm at the gym, cycling, swimming or just chilling in front of the tv! Weekends I'm out and about with friends.
I'm a non smoker. I don't mind a quiet beer and a laugh after work. I have a family in central NSW. I am a shift worker 7/3 and 7/4 rotating days and nights so I will go home most likely on my 4 days off. I work long hours so not home much. Very neat, tidy and routine (the wife has my well trained 😉). Casual kind of bloke basically needing accommodation while I work in Sydney. Not interested in room share thanks.
I have been living in shared accommodation in Sydney for the last 5 years. I really enjoy living in a multicultural household. Although, I am now looking to live in an environment less transitional than my previous accommodation. Born in the UK and a New Zealand Citizen.
I'm a 23 years old, from Sweden. I have lived in Sydney for the last 2,5 years. I'm a positive soul and I'm always up for a chat, love food and wine. I'm looking for a place that's clean, not a "party share house", easygoing people, housemates that are up for a couple of beers now and then.
Hi, I'm a graduate engineer moving from Adelaide to Sydney for almost 6 months (until about 11 Feb next year) for a short-term position. I'm looking for a place near work in Marrickville, or along the train line from there. What else am I looking for in a sharehouse? My top four in order are: 1. Location: Within about 20 min walking/public transport to Sydenham railway station is pretty much essential, although I may consider somewhere with a good bus connection along Victoria road. 2. Own space/privacy (see below). 3. Housemates I'm comfortable with, or better, get on with really well. Preferably also in your early or mid 20s (read below). 4. Car parking (On or off street). I want a good balance of my own space and time (including sleep!) with doing life together my housemates. So, what I expect and you, my housemates can expect of me is: both a respect for you, your privacy and space, as well as engagement in the life of the house together. I'm more than willing to pitch in on chores etc. A bit more about me: I'm friendly, a deep thinker, and an avid learner, so I enjoy do a good conversation. I'm into a bunch of nerdy stuff like getting lost in a good book, and board games, but don't let that put you off! I also quite like getting outdoors to see nature. Furthermore, I want to take time to explore what Sydney has to offer, and maybe take up a new hobby or something like that. I think fairness, reliability, and kindness are important.
Hey guys!! As you can see I'm 21 years old with a full-time job which makes me easy going and i never have an issue with rent. I'm a country boy livng in the big city so i'm always keen to meet new people and make new friends. I'm looking for a place that i can call home and i'm after those room mates who i can chill and actually have a good time with, but also appreciate their quiet time and space. I like to try and keep fit by going to gym and playing football but also like to change it up by watching too much Netflix while eating KFC. I'm clean and respectable and not one to leave their dishes on the sink for days on end. I do have experience with share houses and i understand that everyone lives differently. If anyone is interested please hit me up as i need a room asap. Cheers.
I've owned my own place before, so I know how to keep a house and stay clean and tidy. I have my own tv and wash machine (front loader) to bring to the table everything else will either need to be there already or can be acquired. I get centrelink as I'm unable to work full time at the moment but get cash in hand for a nannying job I do on the side as well. I am studying full time at an online tafe program to be a preschool teacher. I am a smoker but will only do that outside. In my spare time I like to watch Netflix or Stan, study or read. I like to be fit and active as well. Please consider my application to be your flatmate. My current living situation is okay - I live with a friend and tensions are high lately, I want to move out before we stop being friends altogether. If you have any questions feel free to call.
Hey there, I'm Jon, 29 years old, Spanish guy living in Sydney since January. I work as a Sales Executive for the construction sector and right now I'm looking for interesting flatmates, friendly, positive and optimistic people to share a home with. People define me as a philosopher and a bit of a dreamer. I love fitness, traveling and any form of design and creativity. Always enjoy sharing a meal, a good wine or any other reason to have a great conversation, but being able to keep my own space is important too. Feel free to drop me a line! Cheers
Hi guys, my name is Gabriela, I'm Brazilian student. I'm looking for a shareroom. I worked in a Italian restaurant during afternoons in Camperdown. And during mornings I go to school. I'm very sociable, smiling, organised and very clean! I love know new people and share new experiences.
I am studying a Master in Communication at Sydney Uni. I'm 29 years old and come from Chile, South America. I am respectful with the space of others, I love sports and try to have a healthy lifestyle. I am looking for a clean and nice place to live, preferably with private bathroom.
Hi, my name is Lucy and I am an international student from England here to study at the University of Sydney for a year. I am looking for a place either near the campus or closer to the beach to share with people 20s-30s. I am studying Chemistry and Maths in my 3rd year so will be at uni every weekday due to a heavy workload and lecture timetable. I tend to be quite busy so am unlikely to spend loads of time in the house. I love being outdoors in the sunshine (hence the move to Oz from England!!) and am into health and fitness so would spend quite a bit of free time swimming, hiking, running and potentially surfing! I am a Christian and will be looking to get involved with a church in Sydney too. I am volunteering with some missionaries in based in Tasmania over summer so have listed duration of stay as 4months - however I am flexible on this and may be able to sign for a full year. I am organised, tidy and like spending time with people but also like to have my own space to work and relax. I am not a party person and generally prefer to go out for brunch or a coffee than to the pub (except for when the rugby is on). I am happy to answer any questions or give more info on request :)
Finishing up my last bit of uni in the next 6 months. I'm big on cleanliness (not neurotic) and I'm pretty quiet. Have been at the whole share house deal for about four years now, so if you're not kicking on after 3 on weeknights then we'll get on swell.
