I'm looking to move out soon in March, closer to the city for work. I like to have a few drinks on the weekend/listen to music if I'm not working, besides that I'm pretty laid back to live with. If I'm not reading a book at home then I'm out enjoying the sun. I deferred my studies for a year to just relax and have fun while I am still able. Public transport near would be preferred and a furnished room, all I am bringing is luggage full of clothes. PM me if you think I am suited to your family ☺️
Hello, My name is Alex. I'm 27 and working full time in marketing. I'm a pretty social person so I like to catch up with friends after work and on the weekends. I also just like catching up on some good tv with a nice big glass of wine. I'm not a great cook but I do come with a thermomix which I'm happy to share
Hi; we are Harrison and Suzy, both 30 from the UK. We both have banking jobs in the city and are looking for a flat share around Newtown. We are really easy going - enjoy travel, live music, movies and enjoy a chat with a beer or two. We are absolutely reliable for rent (rented in the uk for 4 years and never missed a payment) and tidy and clean. Really hoping to find some roommates to share the occasional dinner with (we are foodies!) Please get in touch if you have somewhere suitable :) thanks
Hi guys, Our names are Maja and Harleigh and we are two single, female, FRIENDS in our 20s from Sydney looking to find a place to live pretty much anywhere in Sydney's Inner West, Outer CBD or Eastern Suburbs. Ideally we'd like to move out by the end of Feb, however we're both flexible! HOUSE REQUIREMENTS: Two seperate bedrooms - that's pretty much it! We're both working full time - Harleigh works full-time doing admin for an Entrepreneur/Business College in the city and Maja works full-time for an Australian fashion label. In our spare time we enjoy hanging out with friends, drinkin a lil wine and relaxin - we're both pretty chill. If you think we'd be suited to take over your lease or move in with you, please let us know! We're a combination package, so one of us will come with the other! Hope to hear from you soon, Maja and Harleigh x
Hey guys! I'm currently working full-time on the South Coast and looking to move to Sydney around late Feb - early March. I'm an easy going, pretty chilled quiet guy although I love getting to know new people and can pretty much get along with anyone, I love going out on the occasional weekend for a few drinks with friends also love quiet nights during the week and relaxing after work, if you think we'd get along just shoot me a message! :)
I am looking for a long term share house with likeminded people. I am working full time and studying part time, so I am pretty busy. I am laid back, straightforward and want to find a home I am comfortable in. I don't smoke, don't have pets (although I don't mind pets at all!) and I enjoy live music, the beach and exploring Sydney. Originally from Canberra but I have been in Sydney for 2.5 years and I love it here.
Hey! My name is Jordan, I'm 20 years old and consider myself to be a pretty good room mate. I am clean and respect that other people live in the house, I work full time and am very reliable. I am a happy, easy going person looking for somewhere to call home. However, I do come with a fur baby named Ruby, Ruby is a 3 year indoor Persian cat who is completely toilet/house trained and has never done her business anywhere other than her litter. She has had all vaccinations is desexed and gets a bath once a week. She is quiet and doesn't go outside so she won't bring any nasty surprises home. So I will need roommates that don't mind having a kitty around, thank you! ☺️
I'm a 23 year old journalism/law student on the very last stretch of my degree. I'm starting a grad role that's four days a week in an office near Central- so looking to move somewhere more convenient. I'm tidy and friendly and would love to live in a nice social house. Let me know if I'd fit in with you :)
My name is Yolande, I am a 22 year old half-english half-french girl on a working holiday Visa in Sydney! I am very friendly and outgoing; one minute i'll be talking about my views on life, the next i'll be imitating Agnes from Despicable Me.. haha. I enjoy company as much as my alone time, and am clean and organised. I'm pretty chilled out, I believe that since you only have one life, you might as well make the most of every single moment and not get bothered with little unnecessary détails! I am in Sydney for quite some time as I want to save up as much money as possible for my traveling plans. I love meeting new people, traveling, discovering new music, and I love the occasional bbq and/or night out! I'm also into sports, I do chinese boxing and played tennis for 7 years. I can promise that living with me will be no hustle!
Hey I'm Sharleen :) I'm 25, a post-grad uni student and am looking for a place to rent as my lease is finishing up in a month. I'm clean, very easy-going, enjoy cooking and being outdoors. I'm always up for being social and going for a drink with housemates, but respect those who want their space. I've got a bit of furniture I could add to your place- both communal and for my room if needed.
Considerate, fun, light-hearted and just all round lovely (or so I'm told :P) I'm 25 and work 4 days a week in a steady job, I love making friends and hanging out with people, sharing good times. In my spare time I indulge my passions which is mostly different creative sports (climbing, parkour) and am getting more into painting and art. Guilty pleasures: definitely binge watching comedy shows <3 As a housemate I am clean and respectful, I think a house is a place where everyone should feel comfortable and safe to be themselves, and I encourage that :) and I will totally indulge in making the house feel wholesome and add a creative touch, looking to get into gardening too If you like all of this then send me a message and we can see if we're a good fit!
I'm a clean, respectful and chilled out guy. I used to live with 5 friends back in the UK so I have become accustomed to a variety of differently attributes and personalities. I love music and am a musician myself. I like to go out as much as I like to cook food and chill out at home ! Although I don't currently have work, I am on the search and hope to have a job in the next week. Even so, I have the funds to pay rent for the next three months so it isn't a problem. I'm looking to meet open minded and chilled out people while I'm here, so get in touch !
We are both working professionals from Essex in the UK - I (Hannah) work for a PR agency and Justin is a secondary school teacher (maths). Justin is a fan of most sports including rugby and swimming, and I enjoy dancing/gym classes. We both work hard during the week and enjoy socialising at the weekends - going to the beach, BBQs etc. We're both easy going and have lived together previously (we've been together 4 years) and are good at keeping things clean and tidy!
Hi, I am a very Easy going bloke and very flexible, I love going to music gigs and festivals, going out for a beer and right now in my life I am studying to be a nurse. looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks Marco
I like to think I am outgoing making friends with a massive variety of people. I love cooking and drinking good wine but never leave dirty dishes in the sink. I enjoy chatting with my housemates in the evenings after work to catch up and maybe watch some tv, I also enjoy going out for Friday drinks too. I have lived in a share house for a year now so I would say I'm good at giving people their space but anyone is more than welcome to come out with me and my friends over the weekends.
Hi! I'm Mariek, 23 years old, from the Netherlands! I arrived in Sydney on the 6th of January, and currently still staying in a hostel in Surry Hills. The reason I came to Sydney is because I'm doing my internship for my management school here in a hotel in Sydney. This internship is 10 months, and I would really like to have my own place, preferably close to work (Jamison St.). I'm a person who likes her privacy, to Skype with family and friends, read a book, listen to music or Netflix! But I'm also a sociable person who likes to cook together, drink a glass of wine or go out. Currently I work from 6 AM to 2 PM, but this will also change to working at night. If you think that I would be a contribution to your house, please let me know!
I am tidy, friendly and want to find a home not just a flat! I work 9-5 in Redfern. Outside of work I enjoy exercising (usually a group fitness class at the gym with friends), catching up with friends, trying a new dinner spot and generally staying pretty active. I want a place to come home to where I can relax and also enjoy the company of my flatmate preferably with some wine and TV.
Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after them self. That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
Hi! I'm Jeff. I work full time at Bunnings Alexandria on a Tuesday-Saturday roster. I'm clean & quite & tend to keep to myself through the week. I enjoy eating out, visiting friends & going to the beach on my weekends, so am frequently out of the house. If you would be interested in sharing a place with me let me know!
Hi! My little mate and I are looking for a room/1 bedder/granny flat! We are both very easy to live with. We both can be a bit shy to start, but are generally quite laid back and fun to have around! Cheers! Craigh and Chalky. 😁🐾

I'm a young professional relocating to Sydney from Perth in the next 2 weeks. I'm 24 and enjoy living in a neat, clean environment. I can be sociable and enjoy a good chat but also like my quiet time. I'm into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, enjoy hitting the beach, visiting local markets, art and culture events and the occasional gig.
I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Hi I'm a recent Computer Science graduate from University of Wollongong. I'm looking for a place to stay in Sydney because I'm looking for a job there. I would like to relocate to Sydney to avoid the 2 hours train between Wollongong and Sydney. Also, I'm an easy going person and I respect other's privacy. Cheers :)
I am friendly, accommodating, fun and a tidy person to live with. People say that I am very sweet :) I'm from India and have lived a few years in US and in Dubai. Shared flatmates for many years now and I enjoy being around people who are like minded and openhearted. I love to make friends and spend time with people, but I also need my personal space and time. I'm new in Sydney, just arrived in the country and looking for job opportunities in software. For fun, I love drawing n painting, yoga n meditation, traveling and meeting new people. I'm looking for a flatshare (preferably all female) with a private furnished room to myself for 3-4 months. I will be at my computer almost the whole day, so I'm looking for a spacious bedroom with a computer table. I don't mind a small bedroom as long as there is an extra study/living room space wih a table where I can set up my laptop and monitor and work on it the whole day.
Hi! I'm a third-year uni student who is looking for a private room. I'm easy going and respectful of flatmates. I don't really cook, like to keep things tidy and clean. I love travelling and hiking. Apart from uni, I work part time as a waiter so I like to keep to myself on weekends but I'd love to hang out once in a while.
- Non Smoker - No Drugs - No Parties I work as a Manager for a large retail convenience company, I am often gone during business hours however occasionally may work from home using a laptop within my room. I am a very neat and tidy person, I always clean up after myself and am social, have an outgoing bubbly personality but also very respectful of peoples privacy and desire to space. I dont often have people over and will more times than most arrange to go out with friends and/or family rather than invite them over. When not out, I can usually be found sitting and reading a book or browsing the internet and watching TV shows. I'm adventurous and love going for a drive, ride my motorbike or hang out at the beach. More than willing to have a night out or in with housemates catching up over drinks. Looking to work together and make the place feel like home.
I'm a respectful, tidy, American graduate student. I'm relatively quiet and easy to get along with. I enjoy movies, food, working out, and sports.
We are three german backpackers who just start working in Sydney. We would describe ourselves as very clean, friendly and humorous people, who are easy going to live with! Enjoying life, drinking in a nice group of people and just having fun is one of our favourite things to do in our free time.
Hey, I am pretty laid back and enjoy spending time home, chilling, reading, listening to music, watching movies, cooking, drinking beers... I do love socialising but also need my own time. I also work full time, got a creative job and like catching up around with friends (coffee, pub, cinema, beach, park, gigs) that's about it! Looking for a long term house. Get in touch if you think I ll make a good fit. Cheers!

I am a very happy person, I like to be social and talk but can also be quiet and keep to myself. I can be very busy sometimes it varies on my work and study. I like to keep clean and tidy I don't mind shared responsibilities.
Heya! Firstly, thanks for having a look at my listing. I appreciate the time, we all have busy lives after all. A bit about me so you can see if we are on the same level. My name's Jordan. I'm 26 and I work full time in hospitality and advertising. I'm currently working with the Swill House group (Huberts, Frankies, Shady Pines, Baxter's Inn) so....potential discounts at all the best bars. I have all the hobbies. I used to sing professionally but now it's all about that salsa and learning spanish. I'm quite busy with friends and work so I'm usually out of the house but I like having an awesome home environment to come back to. When I am home I tend to be having a read or cooking with vino (cleaning after mandatory). I'm moving because whilst I love where I'm at I want somewhere that's more central and closer to where I work. My amazing flat mate is not overly happy to see me go but I'm also trying to find an awesome human to replace me. I'll be honest i'm picky when it comes to flat mates but it really just comes down to basic stuff. I'm looking for flat mates who know how to human, can socialise every now and then, and are considerate. I figure that if you have a bit of social acuity all the other stuff like respecting personal space, cleaning after yourself, communicating, etc, all come pretty naturally. For me, I want to live in an awesome place because it makes a huge difference looking forward to going home at the end of the day. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you feel like this is something that could work.
About me: I'm a young professional in his 30s who works as a software engineer. In the evenings I like to go for a run, read, watch tv or a movie, or just relaxing with a glass of wine. I speak three languages and I am keen to learn more. I'm looking for a place with a good person to bathroom ratio. The ideal being 1 person or couple to 1 bathroom. Something with modern ammenities such as ducted air-conditioning or a clothes dryer is a huge plus.
I'm Laura and I'm a 25 year old Sydneysider. I currently work as an Administrative Officer at Arup Australia, an Engineering firm in the CBD. I enjoy an active and varied lifestyle. I love yoga and being outdoors (especially close to the beach) I love creating and eating delicious meals. Love a good wine and cheese board! I'm also quite creative and enjoy reading and writing in my spare time.
I'm a 30 year old full time professional. I am fairly relaxed, social and clean. I keep it fairly quiet during the week and am active and enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends. I love dogs and would enjoy sharing a house with pets but I don't have any myself. I am looking to live in the inner west. Please feel free to contact me if you think I could be a good fit for your place.
Hello ... We're a married couple who live in Southern Highlands [about 2 hours inland] and work in Ashfield and Allawah. Looking to rent room to fit double bed, tv unit, cupboard. We're over 40 [but not dead] but could possibly look 39 with the right wind direction. Very easy going and mad about each other. Work long hours so we are homebodies at night. We go home every Friday arvo, coming back Monday morning ... so you'll have the weekends to yourself. Thanks for checking out our profile, message with any questions.
Hello! My name is Jessamyn Maumill, and I am 18 years of age. I am a full time student studying nursing at the University of Notre Dame, and will be undertaking casual work. I am a mature and quiet person who focuses on their studies, but doesn't mind hanging out with friends from time to time. I like keeping things clean and manageable. I would be looking to move in between the 29th of January to the 5th of February, depending on what suits. I am looking to stay for a long term up to a year, possibly longer. I love horses and animals, and enjoy talking to people with similar interests.
Hi the name's Seb, 22. Gonna be Studying a Master of Screen Arts Cinematography at AFTRS. Moving from Adelaide. Some interests include Film of course, music, photography, having a good time and enjoying the present moment.
I'm a 31 year old Brazilian guy who actually lives in Sydney (Waverton). I love sports (working in the gym, MMA and Triathlon). I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), but I also went to UFBA to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (which I did not finish) a few years before. I love reading, studying and engaging in cultural activities (cinema, theater, music festival and art in general). I really enjoy spending some time for myself but I also enjoy talking to friends and I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know new cultures. After all, I think I could say that I am a very ecletic guy! I'm in Australia to study for two years (2017-2019) at Tafe St Leonard in northern Sydney. And I've lived in the US for a year while I was in high school (living with a family horsting). I speak English (high level) and Portuguese (mother tongue). As a host I think it is essential to be respectful and cooperative with my other mates. I try to be as helpful as I can and keep things clean and organized. I really hope to meet house mates with whom I can become good friends and develop a rewarding relationship. I do not have any kind of prejudices about sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or anything else. And I look for people with a mind equally open to individual differences. I'm looking for a place to stay during 3 months or more and I am ready to move in February 5. Get in touch, folks!
I'm moving to Sydney from Brisbane to study a post-graduate degree and looking for a convenient location and easy-going housemates. I'm friendly, reliable and well-organised. Hey! I just recently moved from Scotland to Australia, been travelling about a bit visiting friends and family and hoping to settle for a while in Sydney! I'm a clean, easy going, and respectful flat mate. Likes: cooking, cats and basking in the sunshine that we lack back in Scotland!
Hi there, my name is Alex. I'm a 25-year-old guy who is focused but fun, wanting to contribute to a homely and respectful household. I'm very tidy, clean and quiet. I love a good chat and friendly housemates. I'm originally from Melbourne, studying postgraduate law at Sydney University. Don't hesitate to ask me anything you'd like to know.
Hi, My name is Loretta, I'm 24 from Perth and am relocating to Sydney with my work (accountant). I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom that can fit a queen bed in a share house / flat share close to the CBD. I preferably want off street parking. An inbuilt wardrobe would be a plus! My budget is max. $300 per week (not including bills). As I work full time I would likely only be around at night and on weekends. My partner is relocating to Canberra and we plan to alternate weekends between the two places. As such, I would like a place that can accommodate having my partner stay every other weekend (noting that I will be away every other weekend in Canberra). I enjoy hiking / coastal walks, trying new restaurant, good TV shows and the odd glass of red. I like a clean and tidy environment and would make sure to do my share of the housework. I have also previously lived in a sharehouse. Please message me if you have a place that might suit :) I arrive in Sydney on Monday, 23rd Jan so can come and view places between then and 6 Jan (my preferred move date).
love to binge watch tv shows and love to try new places to eat. Wanna grab a coffee or have a glass of wine, i'm your guy :) I'm super hardworking and will always find a way to achieve what needs to be done!
My name is Annabelle, I am 27 years old and I have just returned from living in Paris, France for a few months. I love music, reading, relaxing, wine, cheese, exercising, socializing (yet I also enjoy my own space). I'm a down to earth and chilled out person, very easy to get along with, I have a great sense of humor, I am respectful of others and I always clean up after myself (I'm not a neat freak but I do take pride in my home and like to be tidy). I love the beach, spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, going to new bars/pubs/restaurants, live performances and anything that is a bit different. I love to have fun and go out but I'm more the 'smoke bomb'/'phantom' type of person rather than bringing the party home.
Hey! I'm Thom and I'm a masters student at Macquarie uni. I'm just about to go into my second year to work on a project with Tassie devils (and hopefully I'll get a chance to go down there and hang out with the little guys :)). I'm originally from Port Macquarie but moved to Sydney in 2013 to study, and I've loved it here ever since. As you might have guessed from what I'm studying, I love animals and the outdoors, so I enjoy bushwalking, playing the odd game of backyard cricket - basically anything that will get me outside. But I'm also a bit of a movie and music buff as well I'm pretty laid-back and easy to get along with, but always make sure I keep on top of everything that I need to. I'm looking for somewhere to stay from the end of January, for at least a year. I'm currently staying in Ryde, but wouldn't mind moving a bit further abroad. And would be ideal to move into a house with a few people :) Thanks!
Hello! I'm a film student on my last year of Uni at the Australian Film School working part time at UTS (and other various jobs). I'm a clean and laid back type of person who loves to hang/socialise with people but also respects space of others. I love films! (obviously as I study and make them haha) as well as studying/training in martial arts, going to the beach, reading books and going out on the occasion. I'm a pretty good cook and always clean up after myself. As for my background - I'm from NZ w/ Maori, Italian and Aboriginal heritage but grew up in inner-west Sydney for high school.
Hey guys, I'm Tim from Germany and I'll be heading to Sydney (27.01.2017) for an internship at the university of Sydney. Therefore I'm looking for a nice, tidy, clean and relaxed place to stay with cool flatmates. I am 26, tidy, respectful, easy-going, relaxed and always interested in meeting/hanging out with new people. I will be working from Mondays to Fridays, so on weekdays I am not into partying that much, rather just hanging out, socialising, watching movies, fetch a drink or something like that. At the weekends I am up for anything that's fun:)! I love doing sports, hanging out and going out with friends, watching movies/netflix and playing the piano. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate and leave me a message, Cheers, Tim
