Clean, quiet and easy going professional. I’m currently studying for a career change in my last year of university. My working hours will be 8:30 - 5, Monday to Friday and I’m usually in bed by 11pm. I would like to find a quiet share house with one other person, where we both respect each other’s privacy. Though I am friendly and would love to share a meal/drink every so often. I don’t drive so I’d like to live somewhere close to public transport. I have a 12 year old indoor cat. I trim her nails every few weeks to make sure she doesn’t damage any furniture. My budget is $300 but may consider paying more for the perfect home.

I’m 24 and work in media, looking to move into a private room near the city or Sutherland shire, ideally big enough for a queen bed and near train stations. I have an indoor-only kitten named Kovu who will be coming with me - all he needs is a spot in the laundry/bathroom for his litter box and he'll mostly keep to my room. Still, looking for a pet friendly home. I work weekends and have Monday/Tuesday off. I’m very clean and tidy, happy to keep to myself, but also love a drink on the couch with flatmates. I'm not looking for a party house and would like to live with other young professionals. I don't smoke and would prefer a non-smoking home. Definitely LGBT+ friendly though. I'm hoping to move soon, but will be flexible for the right place. I'm interested in existing houses or pairing up on a lease with someone looking for something similar. Again, will have a kitten with me so need a cat/pet friendly home.

Hello! I am Karan, I have been in a shared apartment for the past 7 years! I have been with the current flatmate for the last four years. Unfortunately, he is leaving Sydney so we have decided to give up our lease on a two-bedroom apartment. I am working full-time as a researcher at the University of Sydney. I am clean, reliable, sociable, and respectful. Like many others, I believe work is just a small part of life. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, going to the beach, and playing basketball & badminton. I have recently picked up tennis but I am still at terrible at it. I am looking for someone to lease an apartment together, preferably somewhere along the train line or within an hour of public transport to Chippendale. I do have some furniture & utensils such as a couch, table, washing machine, and bed frames. I am happy to transport these to a new apartment. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you are interested to team up.

I'm an organised clean guy that likes to cook only a few nights a week, I'll get a take away or eat out other nights. I'm very sociable on the weekend, always up for spontaneous trips up the coast. I don't do much in the week as I'm working Monday - Friday (sometimes Saturday) I work from 11am and usually arrive home around 7pm. I don't smoke, I usually only drink on weekends.

Casual worker with the most adorable puppy in the world! Laid back, free minded, socially and environmentally conscious, lover of music, all things vintage and good food 👌🏼 Introvert, extrovert? Bit of both really! I do have to admit, I really enjoy my alone time but I'm always up for a quick chat and all when both parties are feeling up to it. ☺️ I like to keep my living spaces clean, tidy, beautiful and full of warmth. I'm open to living with people of all personalities, ages etc 🙌🏼 I have an 11 month old puppy, her name is Nala which means 'gift' in Swahili 🥰 An energizer bunny with a heart of gold, all she wants to do is kiss and cuddle everyone she meets. She's honestly the smallest puppy I've ever seen in my life and almost everyone who meets her agrees with me on that. 😂 She is 100% house trained and a puppy school graduate. Feel free to send me a message!

Social housemate who's looking to live in a fun, relaxed share house. I work as a content analyst for a streaming company, so free Kayo and Binge for the house! I like taking advantage of living in the city, so like doing trivia, social sports comps or just random pub nights with my mates. Looking for a house or a flatmate that has similar values.

I’m Josh, originally from Wales been living in Sydney for 7 years and I’ve still got the dodgy accent. Working full time as a reliability engineer for a telecoms company. Very easy going, clean, laid back and not a member of the fun police. Pretty active through the week, I try to train in the mornings before work, so should be out the door pretty early. Depending on how busy I am at work can be home quite late or doing some sporting activity in the evening. Weekends I like to get out and enjoy the weather, either playing soccer or out hitting the trails on my mountain bike. Very sociable, very happy to enjoy a drink or meal with anyone but also happy to keep myself entertained. Ideally looking for somewhere were it easy for parking, doesn't have to be off-street and somewhere I can store my bike. Beers after a big ride or a footy match is a bonus
