Hi, I’m Grace 😊
I’m 21. I’ve been living on my own for the past three years in Albury, so I’m very comfortable with independence, responsibility, and keeping a home well looked after. I live a healthy, active lifestyle and love early mornings, morning walks, my iced vanilla lattes, and wandering through farmers markets, as well as going to the gym, spending time outdoors and keeping a good routine during the week. I’m clean, respectful, and very mindful of shared spaces, and I really value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m friendly, easygoing, and independent! Ideally I’m hoping to find somewhere long term with the intention of staying for a minimum of 12 months, and a place that feels stable and permanent for now. I’m reliable with rent and bills, easy to communicate with, and genuinely just looking for a peaceful place that feels like home 💛
