Hello, my name is Howard Hao Yi Lim. I'm 27 years old and originally from Malaysia, but I've been living in Perth since February 2022. I am looking for a unit (room or whole unit) south of the river. As my current visa will expire in August 2026, I had applied for permanent residency to secure my future here.
