I’ve been living Independently for 5 years, I have a good rental history and references to verify.
I have had a cleaning business before therefore I can guarantee to keep a property in great condition. Aside from that I do freelancing graphic designing, content creating and activism work, I also will commence studying. I’m looking to move out the country next year hence why I would like to save up as much money as possible in which I’m seeking a housemate. I’m laid back, quiet and prefer to meet with friends outside of home for my own benefit. I am a great cook, reliable and honest. I have a small toy cavoodle who is professionally trained, not a barker and an absolute sweetheart and very loving plus well behaved. I have my own furniture so I don’t necessarily require any help assistance in that department. I’m a pretty wonderful individual and I’m respectable so I am considerate enough to respect everyone.
