Chelsea

Hi my name is Chelsea and I am a 20 year old student looking for 2 rooms to rent for me and my older brother Daniel (22) (separate rooms only). Our current lease is ending soon so we are available to move ASAP.

I love drawing and am hoping to get into a tattoo apprenticeship soon. I will be studying hair and beauty next year as well. I am receiving youth allowance payment which will cover my basic living expenses and am in the process of gaining casual employment too.

My brother Daniel, loves to spend time on fixing his car at our dads shop, he’s a very quiet and keeping to himself type of person he’s not a drinker or a smoker, he’s in tafe at the moment doing I.T learning basic tech and repairs on electronics.

We both are a fairly relaxed person and get along with all types of people. We would like to live in a social house where everyone feels comfortable to have friends over, within reason. Not looking for a house that has big parties or lots of drinking, casual drinks is fine for us though :) I like watching shows and movies on my laptop in my room most evenings. Weekends I am usually hanging out with friends, going shopping in the city or friends houses. I am a bit homebody so enjoy spending a fair bit of time at home on weeknights.

We am more than happy to go with the flow with arrangements around cleaning rosters/allocated jobs. Mostly looking for a tidy but relaxed share-house :)
We both are very clean and tidy people not extremely loud.

We are both wanting a separate room to rent each but we are definitely looking to stay in the same house, both of our budgets are the same. If you have 2 spare rooms please text me :))
