Final year medical student completing my pre-intern training with Bayside Health. I don’t smoke or drink but don’t mind if my flatmates do (as long as it’s away from my hospital clothing). Looking for a place to stay closer to my current hospitals in the inner city until I receive my 2027 internship hospital offer mid-year. If it turns out my current stay is perfectly located for next year too, I will gladly sign on for a longer tenancy.

I spend my hours on weekdays between 7am-5pm at the hospital but I’m always down to hang out with flatmates, especially on weekends. Most of my alone time is spent studying, gaming, or on crafts.

I am a pet person, so if you have them, I’ll love them! I have a cat myself but will be keeping her with my parents until I secure my own rental mid-year.

I am clean and tidy (as is required for my work anyway) and basically just require somewhere I can put my stuff down and sleep at the end of the day. I can cook and bake, although the extent of my cooking needs this year will only be dinners.

I have a long-term partner but I normally travel up to visit him due to his work; if residents aren’t comfortable with him visiting, it can stay this way entirely as it doesn’t bother us.
