Hi there! I'm Irina, a full-time student at RMIT. I moved to Melbourne about a year ago from Queensland, I'm super easy going and friendly, but I definitely appreciate some down time. I'm looking for a permanent place, or somewhere temporary until I can figure it all out! I like netflix, reading and dogs, but I'm also down to be social if that's your thing.
We both very easy going, clean, respect each others, really like traveling, love nature, food, movies, wine, cheese and chocolate for sure 😊
We are Andi and Jutta, 29 and 32, and we are looking for a longterm accommodation in Melbourne. We are both working full time, Andi as a chef and Jutta as a waitress. In our free time, we like to sleep in, get out into nature, cook at home and meet other people. Andi loves gardening as well and cooking at home. So good food is guaranteed. :-) We are responsible, clean and take good care of our stuff and where we live.
I'm Alberto and i'm looking for a place to stay at least 6 months. I have a working holiday visa and i want to find a job in hospitality. I'm friendly and with previous experience in sharing a house, so no problems about housekeeping and bills. I like to play tennis, to swim and go to the gym. Also if there is a chance to go out and have some fun why not. I'm going to arrive in Melbourne the 28th of october and i will stay in a hostel until the 3rd of november, so it will be a pleasure to find something for that date. Thank you very much. Alberto
Hey folks! My name is Octavio, and I am a fun and outgoing international student from Mexico, currently studying a master of Advertising at RMIT University. I have lived for the past year and a half with 3 friends in an amazing apartment within the CBD, but unfortunately the landlord will sell the property and asked us to move. About me: I spend my time either at uni, work or out socializing. I enjoy hanging out with friends, meeting new people, reading, drinking beer, among other standard stuff that 20 somethings like to do. In the past I have lived in NY, London, Shanghai and Melbourne. So based on my past experiences with roommates and flatmates, I would say that I am very easy to live with, very aware of personal space and like to share a beer/wine over a good chat when we bump into each other. Cheers!
I'm 27 years old, living in Perth but moving to Melbourne likely in the next month. I'm excited for a change of scene, to spend some time in Melbourne city, and to meet new people. I work in the mental health field and usually keep myself fairly busy. I'm interested in keeping fit, healthy eating, reading, Netflix, and like to go out for dinner, drinks and movies/theatre. I'm clean (but not obsessive), tidy, and think it is important to have respect for one's home and shared belongings. I think it's important to be friends with your housemate(s) and to be able to communicate about house matters, but also have respect for one another's space. I've lived in shared homes before and generally find this an enjoyable living situation.
Hi! My name is Lauri and I'm a 28 year old guy from Helsinki, Finland. I'm a multimedia designer by trade and usually work in the creative fields. I'm in Australia on a working holiday visa and planning to spend the following months in the awesome city of Melbourne. Currently my long term plans are pretty open so therefore I'm looking for a short term lease on a private room in a nice shared house/apartment with nice roommates. Ideally I would like to rent a room for the next 3 months or so, but I'm also open for shorter and maybe longer deals. I'm a responsible, clean, open-minded and an easy-going person. I'm into music and all kinds of arts in general. I like to spend my free time going to gigs and exhibitions and also hanging out with friends and watching movies etc. I'm used to sharing apartments with other people and can appreciate a nice community as well as privacy. Contact me if you have a spare room that I might be interested!
Hi! My name is Makensie. I'm 30 and after travelling abroad for the majority of my 20's, I have decided to call Melbourne home. I have recently finished studying (was a bit of a shock heading to uni as a mature age student) and am now a practicing Myotherapist on the Southside. Currently working on achieving a healthy work/life balance, I'm just getting into the swing of things post university. When I'm not at work, I'm catching up with friends, exercising, cooking (don't be fooled, I'm no chef) or checking out professional and personal development work shops. I'm a bit of a hippie at heart, I enjoy meditation and am partial to burning incense. I don't take myself too seriously though and appreciate good banter! My goal this year is to push myself out of my comfort zone ticking the things off my bucket list that I continue to put on hold for 'later'. I'm looking for a household that feels like a home. I'm independent and enjoy spending time with housemates but do like my own space also and am looking for housemates who appreciate this too. Ultimately, a clean, relaxed, fun, cheerful household where housemates are mindful of each other and work as a team when it comes to getting house jobs done. Close to public transport, cafes etc, is also important. Prefer to organise my own food, though happy to share condiments/have a kitty to fund household needs eg: loo paper.

Looking for a place to settle into for myself and 10 week Toy Poodle Tia. I am originally from Melbourne but made the move to South Australia 6 years ago for the Army and now I am ready to come back. I am friendly, polite, considerate and very easy going. With an Army background I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. Hi there, I am a french traveller in my early thirties, looking for a cozy place and great people to live with. I am open-minded, pretty easy-going and chilled, very respectful of my flatmates' privacy and also enjoy sharing some time, ideas and opinions around a glass of wine. I also enjoying running or any kind of sport or exercice, especially outdoor, into photography and music, and enjoy cooking from time to time.
Hi there! I am a fun bubbly girl who loves great company and a comfy and lovable home! I am into being active, Rick and Morty, and drinking multiple cups of tea! I speak mandarin and study at the University of Melbourne.
I'm quiet around the house and live a normal 9-5 working life at a major bank. I don't like to party or even drink alcohol/smoke and enjoy the peace and quiet(I've been told I don't snore so I would be a good person to share a room with!), but I'm always up for a friendly nice chat about anything (particularly about anything to do investments and building wealth)or get togethers. I like to have a simple minimalist lifestyle approach so I consider myself quite clean and orderly. I've had experience living overseas and have used Airbnb as well so I'm quite comfortable and easy-going with other people from all backgrounds. Keen to share a place with like-minded people and maybe learn a thing or two from each other.
Hi guys! I am moving to Melbourne for my job and am looking for accommodation that has easy access to the city. I am working full time in sales and on the weekends like to go out for meals and have a few drinks. I'm also really into sport so after work and on the weekends you'll find me at the gym or playing sport. I love to travel and would take any opportunity to explore the world and when at home I love meeting new people and trying new things/places/food! I am an easy going kind of person I like to cook and share meals with my flat mates and keep my place tidy.
I'm a student that is moving to Melbourne in November as I have just found a new exciting permanent job in hospitality within the CBD and want to explore all that Melbourne has to offer. I consider myself a social person that enjoys going out for drinks with friends when I am not working or studying. Recently I have also started to enjoy cooking and I am looking for a place with like-minded flatmates. I am a tidy person and will be someone that helps out with the cleaning when possible. Also, I am reliable with payments of expenses and will be someone to count on in regards to the rent!

Hey :) STUDENT; DEAKIN UNIVERSITY; 25; FRIENDS NOT ROOMMATES LOOKING FOR ROOM CLOSE TO CBD (CARLTON.FITZROY.CBD.EAST MELBOURNE. RICHMIND. PRAHAN. STH YARRA.SOUTHBANK...) Rent until end of feb. I know how annoying it is to find a new flatmate. By now I have underleased my own room in Münster (Germany) four times and every time it’s hard again to find a good match between all the remaining roomies. Anyway, you should not build your opinion on Facebook photos or whatever. But even if you meet someone once it is still hard to figure out who a person really is. I really know what I am talking about ;) This is why I will try to describe myself as accurately as possible and give some information about my background. So first of all, my name is Yannik and I am a 25-year-old exchange student at Deakin University. After finishing school in 2011 I moved to Münster in a flatshare with two other people and started to study business. But to be honest I don’t see myself as a typical “finance business suited management person” and maybe this is why a friend I get to know in Sydney asked me, if I would really study business? :D During my Bachelor degree I did a semester abroad in San Diego, USA. I spent most of the time with my four roommates. This time was one of my best in my life and this is why I decided to do another semester abroad later on during my Master studies. After finishing my Bachelor studies I did a gap year, moved to Munich and did an internship at the Walt Disney Company for 6 months. After that I travelled through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia for 3 months. Then I started my Master studies with the major in Marketing in October 2015 that I will continue after this semester abroad in April 2017. Besides I would describe myself as an open-minded person. Traveling really helps to think outside the box! and I think I am an over-average tidy person. I don’t really like chaos. I am really interested in sports in general, but especially in football. I am a fan of Borussia Dortmund, so maybe you have heard about the “Yellow Wall” ;). I also have played football at the football club in my hometown, but I also like playing volleyball, basketball and tennis and I try to go skiing once a year in the Alpes. The last 6 months I did CrossFit. Furthermore I am into tv series and movies (e.g. Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Walking Dead…). I watch a lot of Tv series with my flatmates. Last time we finished GoT the second time ;) I also like having a few beers with friends and mostly we go clubbing once a week. Last but not least I am not someone who locks himself in his room. My room door is always open and I don’t know why but in every flat I have lived in, my room evolved into a second living room :D I want to stay in Melbourne for four months (end of February). I would love to hear from you :) Cheers! Or Prost (German)! Yannik
Hey all, My friend (Rachel) and I have recently arrived in Melbourne and looking for a place near the city. We've just finished uni in Scotland and taking a year out in Australia before starting grad jobs back in Edinburgh. We both just got bar jobs in the city and are planning on working full-time. We are friendly, outgoing and looking to make new friends. We both like the odd night out but equally enjoy chilling at home with wine and cheese. We would like to start a flatshare with like minded people. If you are interested drop us an email. Look forward to teaming up!

At work I am a civil engineer and project management. My work hours are 6:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday).
Three friends from the UK looking for a place to call home for anywhere between 3-5 months. We are all employed with experience renting property and sharing houses before. We are looking to move as soon as possible, and would also be interested in any 4 bedroom properties as we have a friend who could fill an extra room. We would love to hear from you if you think you have a place that might be suitable :)

I'm clean, tidy and easy to get along with. I like to be out to explore the city and great places to eat at or enjoy a glass of wine but I also like to stay in for a relaxing evening at home with a film :) I like to go to the gym and eat healthy :)
Making the move from Sydney to Melbourne at the beginning of 2017. Leaving a career in teaching in Sydney and looking to pick up similar work in Melbourne. Unfortunately leaving my awesome housemates behind but hopefully find some other legends to live with. I'm a very clean and tidy person. Pretty minimalist kind of guy - not bringing a lot with me. I'm keen to get out amongst it and check out all that Melbourne has to offer. Like to keep active and will get involved with whatever is around. Looking for somewhere with awesome housemates, decent transport and easy enough street parking.

I'm clean, considerate, friendly and reliable. i have shared for many years so i know how important this is! :) im very busy a lot of the time and respect personal space, but it would still be nice to live with someone who has a similiar lifetsyle. Hoping to move as soon as possible, for 6-12 months initially , more if everything works thanks!
Myself and my partner are looking for a room ( with own bathroom preferred). We are both full time working professionals. We've lived in a sharehouse before however we are definitely not looking for a party house we are very clean, tidy and respectful of others space. During the week we are both working, on the weekends we like to cook a meal and check out new cafes . We are looking for a place to call home for a minimum of 6 months.
Hi, my name's Mic, I'm pretty easy going and get along with most, I enjoy getting out and being social, and I don't mind the odd lazy day either. I enjoy getting out for a run to keep the mind, body and soul in check, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Teaching/Arts full time and working as an Integration Aide part time. I'm super easy to live, I'm domesticated and been sharing for a while, so I've either lived with it or seen it. I'll get back soon to fill in some more detail....
Hi there! Me and my partner Jonathan have recently moved to Melbourne from England. We are both super positive, super friendly people and both very respectable. We are also both cocktail bartenders and are down for absolutely anything! I'd class myself as a bit of an artist as I love to draw, Jonathan loves to travel and we are both planning on travelling Europe after our time in Australia comes to an end! We're both a pretty laid back, house trained and are very tidy. For fun we vary from pub crawling to playing board games and watching rubbish tv. We also love cooking! If we sound like your kinda guys please get in touch! X x
Group of 4 backpacker friends looking to set up camp in Melbourne for the next 3 months :-) all clean tidy and respectful of property and would not use the house as a party place. Hoping to find a place we can call home in our time here. Ideally would have a 3 bed place, as 2 are happy to share a room. Would need to be furnished!
A few things about me to spike your interest, as I assume you probably get a million messages! I work full time for a land surveyor as well as studying part time as a building designer. I'm hard working and highly reliable.. Brought up the good Ol' fashion way, so I know how to clean up after myself and cook a mean meal well too - if you're keen to share a meal or two together.. I get to the gym or yoga most days and love anything active or in the sun. Love a good weekend out and about or a relaxing night in on the couch with a glass of Pinot.. I'm a very down to earth, easy going person, but definitely enjoy my own space. I am looking for someone who is also respectable and a pleasure to live with. I'm 22, but definitely an old soul.. probably get along better with people quite a bit older than me so more looking for house mates in the 24+ vercinity.. but not too fussed..
Hello, looking for a place to live in the next 6 weeks. I'm working and saving money for a trip along the Australian east coast. Very respectful of others spaces and things, very tired of living in hostels. I'm friendly, kind and fun, I guess! I can cook some Italian dishes and would love to share everything I have with my future housemates!
I am easy going, clean and tidy. I have good work life balance. I work full time as an Accountant. Being a buddhist, I am a regular mediator so I am a subtle person but I do come out of my shell occasionally with party attitude. I like watching sports and enjoy a glass of wine over meaningful conversations. I am open to cooking for room mates as long as they do their bit. This goes without saying, I am a good cook. :) I am a good listener and go along with any type of personality. I am not fuzzy and completely adaptable which makes me an ideal choice to share your house.
Young professional working in the CBD Interest: Foodie and travelling Enjoys personal space and quiet, but also enjoys a glass of wine/beer/dinner every now and then. Length of stay: 6 months or more Looking for a clean and tidy share house with respectful and friendly awesome people :)
Hello hello! We are an *AWESOME* couple looking for some peace of mind so we can get work done! Bruno is an entrepreneur. He owns an advertising agency in Brazil and is currently launching a new online business - so he's always working on his laptop (either at home or in some trendy cafe). His mains hobbies are reading, networking, attending seminars and exercising outdoors. Oh, and he also writes about Personal Development. Leticia is a ballerina. She has a promising career as a contemporary dancer and has even performed internationally with big names in the industry. She's a very active individual, and is always moving - either taking ballet classes, practicing yoga or doing pilates. We've been travelling Australia & New Zealand for the past 3 months in search for the perfect city to settle down. After visiting Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Auckland and Queenstown, we finally have a winner :) Right now we're looking for a place with central location to set our base. Bruno will be doing lots of work and going to business meet ups, and Leticia will be outside visiting dance studios and honing her craft. We're very easygoing and have a positive mindset, and we value a clean and organized environment. And as much as we love to chat and interact, we can also respect your privacy if you're not very talkative. Oh and 2 things that are important to mention: 1. We are both vegan and we love to cook - so we'll use the kitchen a lot! But don't worry because we always clean up after ourselves. 2. Bruno is allergic to cats and cigarettes. So it must be a no-cats, no-smoking house. If you read this far and believe we'd be a compatible match for your place, then send us a message and let's get to know each other! We can't wait to meet our new flatmate ;)
I'm moving to Melbourne to work for a cool cloud software company - kind of fell into the software world by chance despite having a degree in biology, but I've been told I'm a good teacher, and have been working the last couple of years in implementing software for customers around the world! LOVE travel, music, a good laugh (maybe too much), nature, and driving - in fact, I don't know how I'm gonna survive in Melbourne without my car, but I'll have to learn to let go of my attachments......
Hey! Little about me: my name is Hamad, I’m a 21-year-old international student studying my bachelors in IT and Business at RMIT. Originally from Saudi Arabia and lived a few years in the states, so I’m fluent in both English and Arabic. Enjoy going outside and being active, like playing basketball, swimming, hiking, anything really. I like to believe I’m a good housemate, tend to keep my place clean and tidy as a go, and rarely leave it for later. Despite being in IT I’m very sociable and easy to get along with haha.
I'm a super chill guy from Perth, looking for a place for when I move to Melbourne for my job as a Bartender in the Crown precinct. I like cleanliness to an extent, ambiverted and respect privacy. I will and like to contribute wherever I can with chores and am easy to get along with. Preferebly Southbank or near transport to and from.
Incredibly tidy, respectful and quiet however I am always up for drinks and television. Plays video games and listens to metal. Out a lot and am pretty chill and easy going.
