Hi,

I'm a 3D Artist & Graphic Designer.

Majority of my free time is spent behind the computer, I either work on client projects or my own Art - Which I stream to Twitch & YouTube.

I regularly exercise and occasionally go out for a live event / bar / restaurant. - not much of a party person however I'm quite social and open to have drinks / get to know people!

The key traits that I'm looking for in a place / flatmate are: Clean / Tidy, Kind, and treating each other with Respect and understanding.

I'm a very clean / neat person and would prefer a place without pets, however they're not a deal breaker (Currently living with 2 cats).

I've rented my own place on the gold coast and currently renting with 2 other people in Beveridge, looking to move closer into the city - I have excellent rent history and will only consider places that have official legal contracts.
