Hello, I’m Dani, I’m from the UK… been in Perth for over 10yrs. Super easy going, very respectful and thoughtful of other people.
I’m renting out my mater bedroom with en-suit in a 3x2. You be living with me and my cat Molly. I work FIFO 8/6 so I’d need someone who’s happy to feed her whilst I’m away. As you’d have the house to yourself most of the time, finding the right person is important.
When I’m home, I catch up with my family and friends, not a party animal but like to be social and want to build a friendship with whoever rents the room ☺️
The unit is walking distance to carousel shops, down a quiet cul-de-sac where you’d park your car as I have a 1 car garage.

The room currently has a king bed (pictured) but can offer unfurnished if you have your own bedroom furniture.
