My partner Malcolm and I have been living and working in Perth for the past six years after emigrating from England and Ireland. We recently applied for permanent residency, as Australia is where we intend to build our future.

We are currently renting a home in Perth for $780 per week and have maintained an excellent rental record. We have no pets, do not smoke, and take great pride in keeping our home clean, well maintained, and presented to a high standard.

I am a full-time hairdresser in stable employment, and Malcolm is a self-employed carpenter with consistent ongoing work. Our combined weekly income is approximately $4,200, and we are financially responsible with strong savings and steady employment history. Rent has always been paid on time without exception.

We are now seeking a larger home as we prepare to start a family and are hoping to secure a property where we can settle long term. Stability is very important to us, and we would happily commit to a 12-month or longer lease if preferred.

We understand how important it is for landlords to select reliable tenants who will respect and care for their investment. We can provide strong references, proof of income, and any supporting documentation required.
