Currently residing in Beeliar. Unfortunately my situation has changed, my current place is set to go up for sale soon and so I am looking for a new place to call home, as soon as possible.

I'm a clean and tidy housemate, I am fairly social but I respect both my housemates and my own personal space where and when required.

Ideally I'm looking for a flat or apartment style where I can have my own space, understanding that these may be hard to come by, I am happy to rent a room.

On my days off and in my spare time I like to chill on the beach or go for a walk somewhere.
