Tracy Lyn Biligan

Hi! I'm Tracy, I am from the Philippines, and I'm coming to Sydney on a business visa, arriving on December 15. I've been working at Property Mates for a year now (you can check out our work at www.propertymates.io). Our office is at Sydney Olympic Park, which is why I'm on the hunt for a private room within walking distance preferably.

One of the things I'm really looking forward to is making new friends, so I'd prefer to share an apartment with other wonderful ladies and my goal is to have accommodation secured by the time I arrive.

In case you're worried about inspections, I've got a friend who's been living in Australia for a solid decade. He lives in Sydney Olympic Park too and can check out places on my behalf.

Here's a bit about me – I'm friendly, tidy, quiet, and super respectful. I take pride in keeping my living space clean, and I'm also great with pets. I actually enjoy cleaning, so you can count on me to keep our shared spaces sparkling.

Most of the time, you'll find me in my room, working, exploring the city, or going on adventures. I'm not a nosy flatmate, so you won't have to worry about me invading your space.
