I am an Indian male, 32, currently living at ECU Village in Mt Lawley and finished my Master of Engineering at ECU. I’ve been in Perth for about two years and work part-time with NPB Security, mostly evening to late-night shifts, so I’m generally quiet and keep to myself during the day. I’m looking for a single room in a clean, peaceful house for around 12 months, with some flexibility to move in between late December and January as my current contract ends 31 December. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, not into parties at home, and easy to get along with. I have a car, so a parking space (on-site or safe street parking) is preferred.
