I'm a pharmacist that works daytime hours. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself, most days I'm out of the house til late as I train jiujitsu after work. I prefer off-street parking just for my motorbike to keep it safe.

I've got a queen bed and a desktop computer, ideally I'd prefer them in the one room however am perfectly fine with a shared office space for my computer if it doesn't fit in the bedroom.

I'm doing uni part-time so prefer a quiet place, however I'm also keen to get involved in some house events.
