Hey, Im Braiden, 20 year old male. I work full-time and I’m pretty easygoing. I’m mechanically minded and spend a lot of my spare time working on cars and learning more about mechanics. I’m tidy, respectful of other people’s space, and usually pretty quiet during the week.

I’m reliable with rent and like to keep shared areas clean. I’m easy to get along with and always happy to help out if something around the house needs fixing. I’m just looking for a relaxed place with good people who are easy to live with.
