Hi !
I am a 31 years old girl living in WA since 2 years. I rent a house in Dunsborough and love my ocean life. I am starting some studies in Perth that will lead me to be in the city from Tuesday to Friday most weeks. I am thus looking for a very simple room with a desk (or unfurnished and I'll arrange that) to be able to work and study (i work online). On my free time you will most likely find me at the gym, surfing or sipping a giant oat cap :)
My budget is limited as I intend to stay only 3 nights a week and have to pay my other rent on top, but I can assure you that you won't be bothered by my presence :-)
