Hi, I'm Chloe, 23-year-old female international student from South Korea.
My campus is located in Joondalup so I prefer an area where commuting is convenient to there. I don't have a car, so it should be close to public transportation.

I'm pretty confident I'll be the best housemate because I'm a very neat and tidy person who try to keep everything clean and organized, and also responsible person who feel comfortable with sharing the housework, I respect the house rules and other housemates.

I am usually very quiet and enjoy being alone when I spend my time at home but also nice and friendly to other housemates. Most of all, I'm not behind on my rent! (I am fully supported from my parents and I can prove my ability to pay by submitting the rent payment receipt that occurred in the last lease agreement.) I would like to live with people who want their houses to be in well organized like me. I hope to meet you soon :)
