Hello

I am seeking a room for rent under the budget of $250/wk. I am open to both long and short term arrangements. My current arrangement is flexible. But, I am looking to move around the end of November.

A little about me:

I am 30 years old and non-binary. I use they/them pronouns. But, for those concerned, I am biologically female.

I am a quiet & friendly homebody who prefers a cup of tea over a cocktail. Though I don't mind being in the company of those who prefer otherwise.

Some of my interests are singing, writing, sewing, meditation, yoga, boardgames and picnics. My favourite music genres are Jazz & Blues, though my playlists are eclectic.

I have a philosophy of judging nothing but actions that intentionally harm innocents, so I am a very accepting person to live with.

I am on the Disability Support Pension. This won't affect my ability to pay rent and bills. I don't need any accommodations for my disabilities. I am a clean and considerate housemate.
