Hey! I’m Rowan – your potential future housemate.

I’m 23 (turning 24) and working full-time in real estate on the Northern Beaches. I’ve got over 2 years’ experience and work pretty big hours (usually out of the house Mon–Sat from around 7:30am to 7/8pm), so I’m busy, respectful of space, and not home heaps during the day.

I’ve lived out of home since 19, including holding my own lease in Kirribilli, living in a share house in Newport for 2 years, and also spending 9 months living and working in London followed by 3 months travelling Europe. So I’m very used to sharing, keeping things clean, and being easy to live with.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m pretty active and social:
• Big football (soccer) fan
• Into the gym and fitness
• Love the beach
• Play guitar and enjoy music
• Big on cooking (and happy to cook for the house now and then)

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful. I enjoy a chat and a drink here and there, but also happy doing my own thing – especially with my work schedule.

Currently looking for:
• Budget: up to $600/week
• A good-sized room (private space is a big plus)
• Open to house share, apartment share, granny flat or 1-bed

Recently coming out of a long-term relationship and needing to relocate, so I’m ready to move fairly quickly for the right place.

Ideally looking to live with like-minded people – young professionals or a relaxed household that’s clean, respectful, and easygoing.
