​I'm a 37-year-old Japanese female working professional holding a valid full-work-rights skilled visa. I currently work as a restaurant manager, which means I usually return home late at night. Because of my schedule, I am extremely mindful of keeping noise to an absolute minimum and highly respect everyone's privacy and sleep.
​I am very clean, tidy, and organized. In my free time, I love relaxing in my room, watching Netflix/YouTube etc. I am quiet at home but always happy to have a friendly chat with housemates.
​What I am looking for:
​Location: CBD or surrounding suburbs (within 10-15 mins by tram or bus) with safe, well-lit access at night after work in a restaurant.
​Room & Bath: A private room preferably with my own private bathroom.
​Budget: Around $320 - $380/week (flexible up to $450 for the right place/all bills included).
​Move-in date: ASAP (Flexible)
​No parking space needed. I don't have pets or kids, but I'm more than happy to live with animals!
