I am looking for a rental in ~ South Melbourne, Albert Park, South Yarra, Middle Park, St Kilda West and Windsor ~ basically any suburb within cycling distance of South Melbourne.

😊 am kind, friendly and respectful
🤣 love socialising and banter
🐕 have no pets
🚭 do not smoke or vape
⚽️ like sport and exercising
🛟 have two jobs: lifeguarding and woolies
📖 am studying in the CBD
🏠 have lived in three previous rentals
💵 always pay my rent and bills on time
🃏 like playing board or card games

What I am preferably looking for:
🏡 a town house
💰 $300/week or less
🗓️ move in date 1st week of Jan
📝 6 month lease, 12 is ok too
🛏️ unfurnished room as I have my own bed
🚲 a safe and secure place to store my bike
🚗 place to park my car, on street is fine

*none of these are deal breakers just preferences
