My current budget for rental is between $280- $320, I’m looking for a room on its own- not interested in any shared room rentals! Bills inclusive is a bonus! I prefer that so there’s no big bill surprises!

Personality wise: The Queen of Optimism- I believe that everything will work it self out! Easy going personality, am able to get along with most personalities..
